Talk about being a happy child!!! Yesterday went over to Fit Malaysia-FITM for an exciting meeting and then I remembered I needed to collect my @AceFitness certificate... OOOOOHHH I was so happy! Thank you so much to Jerrican, Kim @june.fea and @yeoheeling for believing I could pass!!! 😘😘😘 And watch out I have workshops I'm planning with FITM!!

REPOST. Congratulations to Linora Low and welcome to the American Council on Exercise - ACE (ACE) family!

Linora first asked us about getting ACE certified more than 5 years ago. Due to her hectic work schedule (she is a radio host, emcee, tv personality and fitness ambassador!), she finally started the first part of our Personal Trainer Development Programme (PTDP): Certified Fitness Instructor (CFI) course at the end of 2016. Not long after that, Linora started her journey as a Bikini Fitness competitor. In 2018, she managed to complete the rest of PTDP, where she developed the skills and knowledge needed to be a Personal Trainer as well as the guidance to prepare for the ACE Personal Trainer (PT) exam.

We are really happy and proud that Linora aced her ACE PT exam 6 months ago, and is currently practicing Personal Training and small group training at KOA Fitness . This wonderwoman wears many hats!
