婦女們在過去為了相夫教子、打理家庭，把大部分的時間、精神、心力都奉獻給了家人，隨著時代的改變，現代婦女照顧家庭的同時也追求自我的成長，但多半仍被 #持家 這隱形的責任給捆綁。
榛蔚在婦女大學揭牌活動中，看著現場的好朋友、家人們非常感動與感謝！感動在場很多跟榛蔚一樣身為人母、人妻的姐妹們，有了提升自我的機會，感謝縣府團隊及所有相關單位陪伴榛蔚積極促成婦女大學的成立。
婦女大學的成立，實踐了榛蔚一直想推動婦女的知識力和落實性別的平等，也相信透過參與課程與活動，能幫助姐妹們實現夢想的可能。
而花蓮縣原有的親子館、福利中心、數位樂齡學習中心、長青大學、關懷據點或文建站等機構，照顧到所有婦女及其家庭成員，讓愛循環，也讓服務零距離，榛蔚邀請朋友們、家人們多多加入和使用，讓我們一起為幸福人生加油、努力！
