The average people can have tremendous pain if they keep 2:00/500m in the 30mins.
Thomas kept 1:42.5/500m through 30mins,
I couldn't keep that pace in 1,000m at all.

นี่ก็กระแดะทำไปงั้นแหละตอนแรกอะ เพราะตอนทำจริง ก็ scaled ลงมา แถม modified เป็น knees to chest ฮ่า ๆ ๆ แต่ก็มันส์ดี
ถ้าใครไม่อยาก scaled ลงมา ก็ต้องทำตามนี้ ทั้งเวลาและน้ำหนัก!!!
