近年來，台灣整體經濟環境平穩，為房市供應提供穩健的發展基礎。儘管短期經濟受到全球新冠疫情與三級警戒措施的影響，但寬鬆政策與疫情控制得宜，使台灣資本市場受到影響幅度較小，房市供給和需求端仍穩定成長，房市交易熱絡。此外，值得注意的是台灣房地合一2.0在今年7月正式上路，目的為打擊短期投機炒作房地產、防止規避稅務與維護租稅公平。

本週是「超級央行週」。美聯儲宣布利率與購債規模不變，最快於11月縮減購債、明年年中結束購債、同年年底前升息。英國央行也維持利率與資產購買規模不變，年底通膨4%的預期更加強升息依據。瑞士央行維持寬鬆貨幣政策，與歐美背道而馳，並指出疫情復甦的經濟動能已放緩。日本央行報告表達因疫情對經濟前景的擔憂，加強外界對其維持大規模刺激措施的預期。澳聯儲9月貨幣政策會議紀要預計Q3 GDP將大幅下降，但之後將因接種率提高與限制放寬迎來反彈。台灣央行第三季理監事會議宣布利率連續6季維持在歷史低點。
