{IG Giveaway} My kids love music and they all love to sing nursery rhymes since they were young.
With a newborn in the house, I am thankful for having the elder siblings who help to carry the baby and also try to soothe him by singing. This first began when the baby was still in my womb and the kids sang nursery rhymes to him as they rubbed my tummy every night. These days, whenever the baby gets fussy, the sisters and brother will rush up to him, pat him and sing to him too. Yup, this little one is so blessed.
That is why they like this English Rhymes and Lullabies Sound Pad book from @bababaa.sg which features 12 classical rhymes and is designed for kids of all ages. I asked the kids what their favourite songs are and they said Lavender's Blue, One Two Three Four Five and Rock-A-Bye Baby.
What makes this sound pad interesting is that it is detachable and can be brought everywhere you go, how convenient! There is also a robot rendition of the songs which tickles the kids and you can press the lullaby button for the instrumental version to calm the baby at bedtime. There are even trivia questions related to each rhyme which are intriguing and educational for the older ones.
You can also adjust the volume, repeat a chosen track or set all the songs on continuous play. The last one comes in pretty handy for me when I need to finish a chore and keep the baby entertained.
