-DB rainbow raise
-DB shoulder Press
-DB triceps kickback
-Crunches
-Side plank
-Leg raise
-KB squat
-KB swing
-KB deadlift
-Battle rope (alternating arm waves)
-Wall ball
-TRX (low row)
All exercise 45s , Rest 15s
Total 3 cycles
Rest 1 min between each cycle
