Four Sauces Noodles 四醬麵 || finally got down to check out this 60-year old shop after spotting it on @pattyluvtravel 🍜 the magic chemistry of the four sauces (fried shallot lard oil, special brine, soybean paste and sesame sauce) did not overwhelm the palate at all. Yet the more you chow, the tastier it gets. And soon after, u might want to slurp up another bowl again

嘩，第一眼看落去超級大份，放滿了牛腩。牛腩清新不膩，牛味濃，而且已經燜到完全腍哂，可謂入囗即融，一啖接一啖；牛腩下邊有蘿蔔，完全吸收了上方牛腩的精華，這味菜絕對值回票價。

三道菜味道超好，價錢又抵，雖然餐廳裝修毫不起眼，但吃到如此好的潮州菜，難怪人流不絕！

Beef Brisket is a popular dish in traditional Chinese street cooking. Beef brisket was braised over fire and served with daikon which fully absorbed all the taste and flavours. ANOTHER MUST-TRY.
