Translations of Ryohei's, Tanaka's & Shirai's tweets that were posted after the Worlds 2014 Men's Team finals.
You need to read this post (http://tinyurl.com/k7lypjt) first for all of their tweets to make sense.
[7-8 Oct, Ryohei's Tweets]
"今日の試合で航平さんの団体戦への思いの強さと背負ってきたものが少しわかった気がする。初代表のロンドンのときは2番でも嬉しくてニコニコしてたな俺。 今回は同じ2番でも全然違う。航平さんはこれをずっと味わってきたんだよな…辛すぎる。だからこれで腐らず航平さんのためにも来年頑張ります!!"
"Through today's competition, I learned a little about how strongly (Uchimura) Kohei-san feels about team competition and the weight he carries (with the desire to win). When we placed 2nd in London (2012 Olympics), the me who was a national representative for the first time was just happy. Today we have achieved the same 2nd place but it feels completely different. Kohei-san has felt this so many times...really tough. For Kohei's sake as well, I will not feel down and do my very best next year!!"
(T/N: This one was really hard to translate, could seem to find the correct words to explain their frustration/disappointment)
"今日は応援ありがとうございました!! 試合後とインタビューのときは抜け殻のようになってたみたいで…心配かけました。すみません。笑 次の僕の出番は11日の種目別床と、12日の種目別平行棒です。最後まで応援よろしくお願いします!!!"
"Thank you very much for all your support today!! During the interview after the competition I appeared really down...I caused worry. I'm sorry. -laugh- My next appearances will be at the Floor event finals on the 11th and Parallel Bars event finals on the 12th. Thank you for you support until the end!!!"
(T/N: When the final results flashed on the scoreboard Team Japan looked so heartbroken, and Ryohei in particular couldn't contain his disappointment and frustration - it really showed. He just sat on the floor for a good few minutes. He looked really crestfallen in his interview with the Japanese media right after, so guess he received many messages, heh)
"「日本の体操が1番だったよ」という多くのメッセージや他国のコーチ、選手からの声を頂いて少し心が楽になり救われました。ありがとうございます(^^)♪ それでは、おやすみなさい。"
"The many messages from the voices of other countries' coaches and athletes that 'Team Japan's gymnastics were #1' have comforted my heart. Thank you very much(^^)♪ So now, good night。"
(T/N: Ryohei tweeted that at about 5/6am Nanning time today even though the competition concluded around 10pm last night :o)
[7 Oct, Shirai Kenzo's tweet]
"言いたいことはいっぱいです。でも負けは負け。ぼくがラインオーバーを片足で収めてても同じ結果だったと思います。18演技しっかりそろってたし反省もし たくないくらいやりきった。あの歓声の中後半失敗が少なかった中国も強かった。あと決勝は2つ。出れることに感謝。0.1はゆかで取り返す。"
"There are so many things I want to say. But a defeat is a defeat. Even if I had not stepped out of bounds (on Floor), I feel like the result would have been the same. We did our best on all 18 routines and we don't want to have any regrets. Even with the loud cheering, China was strong enough to minimise their mistakes in the second half of the competition. (I have) 2 more finals coming up. Grateful that I am in them. I will get back that 0.1 in the Floor finals.
(T/N: Shirai had a 0.300 OOB penalty on Floor. He mentions 18 routines as each team performed a total of 18 routines at the team final.)
[7-8 Oct, Tanaka Yusuke's tweets]
"ふつふつと込み上げる思い。 選手は、練習してきたことを披露してそれ相応の評価を貰いたい。ただそれだけ。 審判は、選手が披露した演技に対してそれ相応の評価をする。ただそれだけ。 シンプルなはず。 そこに、開催国だから。とか、雰囲気が。とか、 プラスαなんかいらないんだよ。"
"My thoughts are flowing (continuously). Athletes, they show what they have practiced and hope to be evaluated accordingly. Just like that. Judges, they evaluate according to the athletes' performances. Just like that. It should be simple. And then, because it is the host country, because of the atmosphere. A+ (routines) were not needed (to get the Gold)."
"中国は強かった。0.1でも負けは負け。自分が取り損ねた部分もある。 とりあえず気持ちを切り替えて、正当な採点をしてくれることを祈って、個人総合と種目別平行棒を頑張ります。 応援よろしくお願いします。"
"China was strong. Losing (the Gold) by 0.1 is still losing. There is also my own mistake. For now by changing my emotions/mood and praying for fair/legitimate scoring, I will do my best at the Individual All-Around and Parallel Bars event finals. Thank you very much for your support."

The medalists' appearance on Fuji TV's 'Tokudane!' when they returned from Antwerp: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgtMPwUkdM4
08:24 - 10:00
The team is asked a couple of questions and they have to raise the X or O sign depending on their opinion. (ie. O=True/Agree, X=False/Disagree)
Q1: I was confident I would win a medal (for Worlds 2013, Ryohei grins because he picks O hahahahha)
Q2: (Giving in to) Pressure is my weakness
Q3: I hate practicing (gymnastics, of course everyone disagreed^^)
Q4: (Not sure but it's something about the seniors' take on Shirai's skills)
Q5: I am the most handsome/ikemen(good-looking guy)!
Q6: I am aiming for/hope to be competing in 2020 (Tokyo Olympics!)
(Discussion on Q6) The male announcer points out that the two 24 year olds (Uchimura and Kameyama) won't be sure if they'll still be competing in 2020 (they'll both be 31!), Uchimura explains that he won't know if he'll still be in a condition to perform well.
(Discussion on Q5) Directed at Ryohei HAHA, and he goes "nonono, totally not (true)!" They refer to Uchimura's comments on Ryohei's looks (I believe they are talking about this clip where Uchimura said he admired Ryohei's face: http://tiny.cc/7gh84w) and Ryohei is all "nono he said it as a joke!" while Uchimura insists he was being serious/meant it, haha. The female announcer asks Ryohei if fans approached him for autographs this time round or during London 2012 (and unfortunately I don't know what Ryohei's response is).
04:23 - 05:51
They talk about Ryohei's Still Rings skill + Clip of Ryohei performing it at the Worlds.
(news of the skill was shared here: http://tiny.cc/ccg84w)
07:36 - 07:49
They ask Ryohei for his take on Shirai Kenzo's skills (his insane quadruple twist and triple twisting Yurchenko), Ryohei seconds Uchimura's "ningen ja nai desu" comment ("he's not human") hahahaha

3 days before the Men's AA Finals took place last week, Fuji TV aired a special feature on Ryohei and Kohei^^ Video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZkiAEu93cI (starts at 03:23)
It's a super touching clip where they highlight Ryohei's journey since London 2012, his quest to achieve the perfection that is Kohei's gymnastics, and the immense potential he has to reach great heights in the field(:
[Watching this clip after their surreal one-two finish at the Worlds is just incredible<3]
My Japanese isn't strong enough to for me to share a detailed translation, but I'll briefly run through what happens -
[03:48] Video opens with cheeky Ryohei tugging and messing around with Kohei's T-shirt, commenting that the "pocket leaves a deep impression huh" (basically saying that it's weird HAHA), and Kohei gets pissed off xD (He's like "Oi, yamero" which means "cut it out!!")
[coverage on Kohei taking Olympic Gold for the Men's Individual AA last year, and they show Ryohei watching from the audience in admiration. He says something about wanting to work hard towards being able to perform on such a 'stage' soon - for the new fans amongst us, Ryohei was not an all-around gymnast on the London 2012 team, but only performed as part of the team on Floor, Pommels and Vault]
[04:53] Coverage on the team's London 2012 performance, Ryohei hitting his routines despite some of his teammates' mistakes.
[05:23] Ryohei training to increase his difficulty scores post-London 2012, all his hard work (and falls D;) during training.
[05:42] Tokyo World Cup in April 2013, Ryohei hit his new routines and won the Silver on the All-Around behind Oleg Verniaiev, Danell Leyva's comments on Ryohei.
[06:30] Kohei's comments on Ryohei, he talks about Ryohei's potential and how he personally cannot rest and must continue to work hard (and work together)
[06:59] All-Japan Championships in May 2013, Kohei talks about Ryohei during the press conference after their one-two finish - that Ryohei's only 20 and once again about his abilities and potential.
[Kohei taking the AA Silver at Beijing 2008 when he was 19 years old - the start of his amazing AA domination over the past 5 years, Ryohei expresses his respect, admiration and goals]
[08:15] NHK Cup in June 2013, Ryohei once again finishes second behind Kohei to earn his place as an All-Around gymnast on the Worlds 2013 team.
[08:50] Kohei talks about the happiness he shares with his wife and his baby girl born in April this year. Tokyo wins the bid for the 2020 Olympics, Kohei talks about wanting to be able to compete then.
[09:34] Kohei's biggest rival will be in the form of the next generation's ace - Kato Ryohei. Ryohei says that he will continue to 'chase' after Kohei. Kohei says that Japan will be extremely strong in the All-Around, that if they do not make any mistakes, he and Ryohei will achieve a one-two finish (for the Worlds 2013 finals).
[10:01] Question: What is a 'POINT(ie. feature)' of the other person that you admire?
Ryohei: (on Kohei) His Kolman release skill on High Bar. He talks about how high it is and Kohei's gorgeous form, and says that it's the most beautiful in the world<3
Kohei: (on Ryohei) "hmmmmm... his face!" (Ryohei's like "nanda sore!" which is like "what the heck!!" HAHA) "he's cool/good-looking!"
[adorable Kohei x Ryohei time HAHA]
Oh the two of them just have such a cute senpai-kohai (senior-junior) relationship :D Just as a fun fact, Ryohei mentioned previously on VS Arashi that he's known Kohei since he was 5 and that they're like brothers/twins, awwwww((:
Anyone who can provide more detailed/additional translations, do share^^
