🇯🇵 直到吃飯的那天我才知道統一時代百貨的花月嵐關了, 當下直覺地就進去這家新開幕的東京豚極餐廳 (Tokyo Tonteki)

他們的招牌料理是醬煎豬排 ( NTD $280), 嗯~ 而我卻點了 “豚極薑燒蜜蘋燒肉丼飯” (NTD $230), 豬肉跟越光米吃起來跟 Sukiya 餐廳差不多, 但這道料理的靈魂 -”薑燒蜜蘋風味” - 卻太薄弱. 好吧! 我下次不要太固執, 還是乖乖地點招牌料理吧.

🇯🇵 I don’t always order signature dish at the restaurant. In this particular restaurant, I ordered their Pork Rice Bowl with Ginger-Flavored (NTD $230). Honestly, I should order their signature dish - Original Tonteki Set (NTD $280). The main reason would be the ginger sauce with apple flavor wasn't strong enough to pair with the pork.
