天冷了想給孩子喝點熱湯。
今天煮了茄汁焗豆洋蔥湯，洋蔥炒至焦糖色，加入茄汁焗豆罐頭、蘑菇、切丁新鮮蕃茄倒入高湯1000ml煮至沸騰撈出浮沫、月桂葉一片、鹽巴、黑胡椒粉少許小火煮至10分鍾後即可。盛盤時撒點起司粉、乾麵包丁、巴西里。

便當盒裡的飯菜減了量，加上營養滿點的熱湯似乎也足夠一餐。

話說這創鮮家的蝦餅也好厲害👍是吃的到蝦仁的蝦餅🤤🤤🤤就好像另一個日式炸蝦版😎今天它也幫我省了非常多的時間🤣重點也是好吃好好好吃！😋
