【材料】
●ズッキーニ：2本（お好みの夏野菜、お肉でもOK）
●お好みのとろけるチーズ：お好み量
［やみつき黄金ソース］
●マヨネーズ：大さじ3
●卵黄：2個（白身はスープの具材やお菓子作りとかに使ってね）
●粒マスタード：大さじ1
●白味噌：小さじ2（普通の味噌を使う場合は、味噌小さじ1と砂糖小さじ1で代用してね）
●醤油：適量
お好みでニンニク少々入れてもすっごく美味しいよ♪
※ズッキーニの最初の火入れはお好みで！僕たちは少し食感を残したいので短めにしてますが、すっごくトロトロにしたい場合は焼き目がつくまでしてあげて下さい。

旬のズッキーニが最高に簡単で美味しく食べられるレシピ
『ズッキーニのやみつき黄金チーズ焼き』を作りました。
マヨネーズと卵黄が合わさった濃厚ソースに粒マスタードのほのかな酸味と香り、
味噌のコクと風味が絶妙にマッチして最高にやみつきソースになってます。
とにかくこの『やみつき黄金ソース』が恐ろしく最高に旨いんですが
これさえ覚えておけば、お好みの野菜、肉、魚の上に乗せて焼くだけで
お店で出てくるような素材を活かした最高に美味しい逸品料理が
簡単に出来ちゃう優れものなんです( *´艸｀)
しかも『やみつき黄金ソース』を乗せてトースターやオーブンで焼くだけなので
夏の暑い時期でも涼しい顔して作れちゃいますよ♪
是非、今夜のお酒のお供に作って、最高の晩酌しちゃって下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Zucchini: 2 (or any summer vegetable or meat you like)
● Melted cheese of your choice: as much as you like
[Golden sauce]
● Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
● Egg yolks: 2 (use the whites for soup ingredients or baking)
● Mustard: 1 tablespoon
● White miso paste : 2 teaspoons (If you use regular miso, substitute
1 teaspoon miso and 1 teaspoon sugar)
● Soy sauce: appropriate amount
You can add a little garlic if you like ♪
※ The initial cooking of the zucchini is up to you! If you want them
to be very tender, cook them until they start to brown.
