【OPEC會議】#減產執行率100%
OPEC會議及非OPEC部長級會議於上週末落幕，
過去合計減產180萬桶大幅超標，
因此採用「隱形增產」方式，協議將減產執行率回到100%!
沙特部長於週六記者會提到：
If we allocated the number pro-rata basis among the 24 countries, given the capacity of those countries that can increase, it had been estimated that about 60 percent will be achieved.
(原文：如果我們按比例將增產量分配至各國，考慮被分配到增產額又能增產的國家，將會有約60%的增產量)
But because we went away from allocation on a pro-rata basis, we will be closer to 1 million than to 600,000 barrels a day.
(原文：但因為我們放棄按比例將增產量分配至各國，將更接近100萬桶的增產。
