【成功嶺贈送善心乾洗手】
過去這一年，我們的國軍辛苦了。
除了共機幾乎天天都來，還得防疫，對抗武漢肺炎病毒。

像這次部桃事件，也是國軍化學兵衝陣第一線啟動「清空、隔離、管制」，化學兵群的指揮官龔龍峰上校，還因此錯過妻子臨盆，但仍堅持以任務為優先，以國人健康安全為最重要的使命。從這些事件就可看出台灣國軍對於自身職務的榮譽感。我們今天能有安穩的生活，是因為國軍弟兄姊妹，持續奮力在第一線作戰。

現在換我們來支持國軍、愛護國軍。
其實全台的愛心都很踴躍，也有地方鄉親拿著一顆冬瓜希望我們能代為轉贈，在春節前已將水果及食品類轉贈支援醫護，考量到食品有存放的期限，今天特別結合地方善心人士，共同捐贈乾洗手到成功嶺，希望透過這樣的致贈，表達民眾對國軍的感謝之意。

另外，成功嶺也是中部大多數役男與替代役的新訓中心，從中部各地來到這邊集合訓練，因此在防疫上更需要小心謹慎。希望這些善心物資，能為國軍的健康，貢獻一點力量。國軍守護我們，我們支持國軍！

【烏日鐵路平交道會勘】
位於台中市烏日區學田路及成功嶺前等多處鐵路平交道，因火車班次頻繁，平面道路車流量大，每逢上下班時段遇火車通過，都需久候15到20分鐘，導致車輛回堵至中山路，不僅引發民怨，更常有車禍發生，地方向相關單位反應多年卻仍未見改善。

因此我邀集交通部鐵道局、台鐵局、市府交通局、烏日分局與當地里長等相關單位實地會勘，共商改善方案。在上個會期中，我也於立院提出相關質詢，盼交通部能協助地方處理此問題，然而鐵路高架化問題須中央地方攜手合作才能共同推進，也期望地方政府能重視當地民意，盡速規畫鐵路高架化或道路立體化等可行性研究，讓烏日地區的交通問題有得以解決的可能。

但市府交通局長期以來經多次會勘，仍僅能做出於尖峰時段進行車輛改善分流等措施，未能根本解決問題，隨著烏日地區人口日益增多，交通車流量只會越來越大，塞車問題會越來越嚴重。

交通部鐵道局表示，烏日這幾處平交道路口經評估確實有改善之需，建議市府交通局可朝道路立體化或鐵路立體化等方式進行研議，交通部會全力配合辦理。市府交通局則回應，市府目前推動山海環線計畫，但高架部分僅規劃由大慶到烏日車站這段，新烏日站因未來高鐵、捷運、鐵路三鐵共構，加上高架化需跨越高鐵軌道及台74線快速道路，因此沒有規劃，而成功車站目前則是台鐵后里到成功中間唯一的維修基地，因此也很難進行高架化規劃。

當地里長與民眾甚至警方都有共識，惟有進行鐵路高架化的規畫，才能從根本解決問題，倘若交通局經多年來評估，仍認為高架化在推行上確實有難度，那應該告訴民眾替代的解決方式是什麼，也可與交通部來做進一步的研究討論，而非讓問題持續存在日益嚴重，罔顧當地民眾的權益。

我也期望交通部鐵道局能督促市府交通局，重新審視此段鐵路平交道所衍生的交通問題，無論是納入目前推動的山海環線計畫之中，或是另案來規畫處理，都希望能有進一步的方案，共同來為民眾解決問題。

【拜訪在地豬農】
來烏日溪南拜訪在地豬農，專業豬農教了我很多畜牧知識，以及他們如何在口蹄疫重擊之後，防堵非洲豬瘟、拔針等等的心路歷程。我也趁機請教了還有什麼我們能幫助豬農的部分，業主提出，現在都講求永續經營、環境保護，他們也想為環境貢獻心力，所以會希望對於畜牧廢水再利用、減少畜牧污染的部分，能更深入全面，我也交待辦公室團隊，要著手了解研究。

【拜天公】
正月初九天公生，道教民眾生活結婚、大壽都要拜天公，農曆正月初九是玉皇大帝的聖誕，俗稱「天日」。初九這晚，我也跑了好幾個地方拜天公。拜拜時，除了祈求國泰民安、風調雨順，也和神明約定，我會站在第一線爭取國家跟人民的安全！也在現場發送口罩，祈求新的一年台灣疫情穩定，鄉親非常喜歡我發送的口罩，也很關心、疼惜我的近況，我在現場跟鄉親分享，我很喜歡、一直謹記的兩句話：「慈悲沒有敵人，智慧不生煩惱」，期望我們都能成為慈悲有智慧的台灣人！

【龍井南寮福陵宮、龍東社區春酒、烏日高鐵福德祠春酒】
開春的今天，我來到龍井南寮福陵宮為在地新人獻上誠摯祝福，祝福我們在地的新人甜甜蜜蜜、百年好合。接著參加龍井龍東社區春酒暨會員大會、烏日高鐵福德祠春酒，鄉親又是怕我餓到，有一種餓是阿嬤覺得你餓，我覺得台中的鄉親，每一個都把我當成親生的寶貝孫仔，每次看到我就是怕我冷到餓到，要從頭到腳仔細檢查一遍，看有沒有哪邊憔悴了，真的很謝謝鄉親疼愛的心意，也祝福鄉親們新年快樂！

【台中醫生公會春酒】
可能因為先前質詢的議題，也可能因為我的理念，所以支持者有不少醫療相關人員，在選舉期間，甚至有醫護一休假就跟著我去掃街，我一直覺得很榮幸也很珍惜。今天能來台中醫生公會春酒，親自和大家說聲新年快樂，覺得很開心。

台灣疫情能被世界艷羨，是因為這些第一線的人員，多數台灣民眾也很團結，我們一次又一次的合作守下了一局又一局！我也再次強調，希望能 ＃實質撐醫護，除了染疫津貼、提升暫付金額方案的補強外，也希望能暫停非必要醫療業務，特別是醫療評鑑。醫療評鑑延後可減少準備文書的辛勞。我們的醫事人員已經不眠不休戰鬥了一整年，面對疫情壓力，我們更應該支持這些前線作戰的辛苦醫事人員。團結護台灣，實質撐醫護，絕對不能虧待守護台灣健康的戰士們！

【亞太青年協會第三屆政治幕僚營】
我一直鼓勵對社會有想法的年輕人，能出來參政，不管做助理也好、出來選也好、做議題也好，因為只要多一點人關心，我們的社會就有改變的可能。

我跟在場聽眾分享，人生的驚喜就是，很多時候不知道五年後的自己在做什麼，而偏偏人的恐懼，總是來自於無知與未知，因此我們常裹足不前，但其實只要勇敢走出去，會發現原來那些恐懼常常是想像出來的恐懼。

我也跟大家說，我是怎麼從電影業一路走到從政這條路，以及立法委員的一天大概是怎麼過的，以及議題怎麼生成、辦公室怎麼運作，地方鄉親以及國會法案之間的聯繫平衡。

而今天剛好是 #世界母語日，在第3會期我會繼續監督《國家語言發展法》的落實。尤其是我曾質詢設立「國家語言發展中心」，台灣母語的存亡，在我們這一代很重要。

說母語對我們自己開始行動！不只是在家裡說，無論去哪裡，我們都用母語說，讓它活在我們身邊。要講，我們的母語才有機會活下去。一起說母語！台灣母語是我們的驕傲。

Virtues That Shine, Talents that Astound

拜天公了！

天公，即是三十三天主的玉皇大帝，在佛教裡的帝釋天主。祂總櫃百神，下握七十二地、四大部洲和億萬生靈。

祂原是一位婆羅門的女子。在釋迦牟尼佛之前，有一佛名為「迦葉佛」。迦葉佛圓寂後，這婆羅門女發心，想造塔供養迦葉佛。

有三十二位女子也現前，幫助婆羅門女一起建塔。

造塔有十種殊勝果報：
1. 不生邊國（沒有佛法的地方）
2. 不受貧困
3. 不得邪見愚痴之身
4. 壽命長遠
5. 可得十六大國之王位
6. 可得金剛羅延力
7. 可得無比廣大之福德
8. 得蒙諸佛菩薩之慈悲
9. 具足三明六通八解脫
10. 得往生十方淨土

後來，她們便因造塔功德這善因而升天。婆羅門女成為三十三天主，其他三十二位女子成為三十二天裡的各天主。

最近因為武漢肺炎病毒，鬧得人心惶惶。

做人，不怕窮，最怕笨。可偏偏利益在前時，有的人的腦袋就掉到屁股上了。

（一）
如果這時候，你選擇乘火打劫，賺缺德錢，溫馨告訴你，這錢會讓你和你的後代吃不了 兜著走。因為這是犯了偷盜戒，東西明明不值那麼多錢，可是你故意抬高價格。其因果包括有錢沒命花，疾病連連，或多世的貧困低賤命，子孫後代也一樣。

瘟疫嚴重蔓延，你依然無動於衷，就有草菅人命之罪。你沒有護生，還犯了殺生戒，造了入無間地獄的因。

（二）
如果這時候，你沒查證事實，或故意作亂，散播假新聞，讓眾生有了畏懼恐慌心而失去理智，小心自己種下愚癡的因，沒有明心的智慧，將來自己也會有被人嚇的果，過著提心吊膽的日子。

（三）
還有一種人，在災難時，喜愛動口，什麼事都要挑，缺乏同理心、包容心和耐性。牙尖嘴利的人，最容易犯口業。不要小看口業，人會有口臭、不整齊的牙齒、嘴吧難看、人緣欠佳、家庭失合、事業不振，說的話沒有人相信喜聽，都是口業的果報。

其實，人間有災難時，是我們很好修功德的時候。

我們應該向天公學習，有錢出錢，有力出力，有腦用腦，眾善奉行，諸惡莫作。

無論您是如何拜天公，請記得祂當初如何發心護持佛教，利益眾生，而得此尊貴之身。

金銀財寶、佳餚美酒，天上界不缺，甚至比人間還好幾億萬倍

我們人間的這些芝麻綠豆的供品，是天公慈悲才會前來受供。

如果您真心想得到祂的護佑，好好修行，勤於佈施，護持佛教，和祂一樣有護佑天下蒼生之心，您德昭鄰壑時，祂必會庇佑著您，讓您才震四方、財源廣進、閤家安康。

怎麼了？您不知道嗎？一個人特別有本事和才華時，就是因為後面有大天神或佛菩薩罩著啊！ 有的人命之所以會平庸，因為後面「空空如也」啊！

Today is the day to pay homage to Tian Gong!

Tian Gong, also known as the Lord of the Trāyastriṃśa (thirty-three) Heavens, the Jade Emperor and in Buddhism, Śakra.

He is the lord of a hundred devas, seventy-two lands, the four dvipas and billions of living beings.

In a previous reincarnation, He was a Brahmin lady. Before Shakyamuni Buddha, there was Kassapa Buddha. When Kassapa Buddha entered parinirvana, this Brahmin lady wished to construct a stupa as a offering to Kassapa Buddha.

32 other ladies joined in her initiative.

Building stupas have 10 karmic rewards:

1. One will not be born in border lands. (where no Dharma is present)
2. One does not suffer from poverty.
3. One will not receive a body of ignorance and erroneous views.
4. One's lifespan is long.
5. One receives the throne of 16 great kingdoms.
6. One obtains the Vajra Indestructible Power.
7. One obtains immeasurably vast and grand blessedness and merits.
8. One receives the compassion of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
9. One has complete three kinds of supernormal awareness.
10. One will be reborn in the pure land.

Because of the virtuous cause from building a stupa, these thirty-three ladies ascended to the heaven. The Brahmin lady became the ruler of the Trāyastriṃśa Heaven, while the other 32 ladies became respective rulers of the 32 Heavens under it.

The Wuhan virus has everyone in a jittery mode recently.

As a human, one should fear being stupid rather than being poor. Yet when money is placed as a bait, the brains of some people seemed to have dropped right out of the head and straight to the bottoms.

(1)
If at this point in time, you choose to take advantage of this misfortune and make money unscrupulously, let me gently remind you: you are getting more than you bargained for.

This constitutes stealing. The goods you are selling are not worth that much money, but you deliberately raise the prices to fleece off the consumers.

The retribution for stealing will be having to spend your "hard-earned" money on prolonged/frequent sickness, and/or many lifetimes of poverty and lowliness. The same applies to your descendants.

As the epidemic spreads and worsens, should you remain callous, that means you have utter disregard to human life. You do not protect lives but choose to commit the sin of killing lives. This sows the seed for you to be banished to Infernal Hell upon your death.

(2)
If at this point in time, you spread false news without checking on facts, or out of sabotage, causing fear and panic in sentient beings, beware that you have planted the seed for ignorance and lack of enlightening wisdom.

In the future, you will have to undergo the retribution of being frightened by others, and live your days in tenterhooks.

(3)
There is another kind of people who likes to speak recklessly in times of disasters. They pick at everything and anything, lacking empathy, patience and forbearance.

It is very easy for a person with a sharp tongue and little wisdom to commit sins of the speech.

Do not underestimate the karma from that. Its karmic retributions can cause a person to suffer from a stinky breath, untidy teeth, ugly mouth, poor inter-personal relations, disharmonious family, flagging career, and/or lack of credibility and likability in his/her words.

When a disaster strikes the human realm, it is a very good time for us to cultivate our merits.

We should take a leaf out of Tian Gong's book - donate money that you have, contribute your physical effort that you can, use your brain that you...erm...have. Do no evil and cultivate all good.

(Oh, come on, if you can read this, you sure have a brain. It's just a matter of whether you have the heart to or not. )

Regardless of how you pay homage to Tian Gong, bear in mind how He generated bodhicitta to uphold Buddhism, benefit sentient beings and hence, obtained a distinguished rebirth.

There is no lacking in gold and silver treasures, delicacies and fine wines in the Heaven realm. In fact, they are a billion times better than what we have here in the human world.

The offerings we give are peanuts, but the Jade Emperor comes forth to receive our offerings out of compassion.

If you truly seek His protection, do your spiritual cultivation well, be diligent in your giving, uphold Buddhism, and have the heart to protect and help the common people, like the Jade Emperor's heart.

When your virtues are so well-known that you win the respect of your neighbours, the Jade Emperor will definitely
bless you with talents that astonish the world, plenty of wealth and a peaceful and healthy family.

Why? Didn't you know? When a person is especially talented and capable, that is because behind the person, there is a great Deva, Buddha or Bodhisattva watching over him/her.

On the other hand, when a person's destiny is very mediocre, that is because behind him/her is just empty space.

【玳瑚師父課室】《第46場回顧：旺得福聖誕餐會》

妳你有改命的決心嗎？

可是，妳你懂得尊敬她他人和自己嗎？還是覺得有免費的東西，不拿白不拿？

玳瑚師父於2018年12月24日，舉辦了眾人期待已久的餐會，第46場《旺得福聖誕餐會》。

餐會前，有參與者送上聖誕卡與花束，祝賀師父佳節愉快。餐會後亦有出席者拿玳瑚師父的新書《向善向上2 - 漫畫版》請師父簽名。

師父的餐會不收分文，一向爲他臉書專頁忠實按讚的讀者粉絲們而辦。但每次依然會有報名者，沒有閱讀，沒有按讚，也想趁機來得到師父免費的風水命理知識。

曾有一位報名者，怒氣沖沖地責問：「你要求人家讀那麽多，合理嗎？！」

也有一位沒得來的報名者說：「我自己的業，我自己背。」

其實，沒有要求。貼文中也有註明：餐會本來就是給玳瑚師父，回饋每篇都有閱讀按讚的粉絲讀者們。師父的文章有很多做人的道理，如果沒有看就已經不算善待自己，又怎麼有福份得到師父的幫助呢？

沒有付出行動，也談不上支持玳瑚師父的文宣，就想得到免費幫助，可又合情合理呢？

有位出席者曾被師父列入黑名單。因爲2017年夏天的一場餐會之前，他要求盡早接到通知，才能叫母親不煮他的飯，卻依然遲到，被拒於門外，不得參加餐會。遲到的原因是他在家裡吃飯，時間遲了，有能力卻不想花錢搭德士，依然搭巴士，在最後一刻才通知，事後也沒有主動親自向師父道歉。

當時，師父未到會場時，就已預知助理，這位男士會遲到，因為有錢卻依然要省錢，所以選擇遲到。師父告知助理，這等人無法改命，因此收到簡訊時，就直接不要給他來。

師父對於出席者的要求是：有改命的決心，也肯尊重他人。因此，禮貌和準時本來就應該兼有的。

一年半後，師父允許他出席平安夜的餐會，因爲他找師父已許久，該給一次機會，也可應證師父最初看他相的準確性。果真，他見到師父時，並沒有第一時間走過來打招呼和道歉，依然需要師父弟子的提醒。

守株待兔等待貴人時，別忘了，貴人也有很多人在追，沒有誰是應該幫誰的。

2017年至2018年裡，他出席師父免費活動至少十四次。師父看他年輕，就幫他一把，在2018年的拜天公活動時，師父送他一個祭拜過的供品，問：「師父賜大福給你，要不要？」

李承修先生點頭說要，便雙手接過師父賜予他的供品，並感謝師父。他得到師父無數的風水貼士和自身增運法後，積極的去進行。他的電子商務從幾乎零營業額，到今年收入增加到令人驚訝的數字！

十、問：堅強的意志力不可以超越壞風水的影響力嗎？

師父答：人不可能那麽厲害。凡夫有很多的問題，心裡很複雜，因此會產生很多的負能量。祇有修行人才能超越，因此自己不能做到的，就應該去請一個能做到的師父。

我們的年齡祇會一年一年的加，不會一年一年的減少。風水，能夠把一個機會變成一百個機會。玳瑚師父不是叫大家貪心，但是在這個世界，沒有錢是萬萬不可以的。玳瑚師父與出席者們開玩笑說：「我希望每個人都生活安逸，這樣你們就不會向我借錢。」

師父提醒男出席者們：男人介紹自己時，要有力，不要柔柔弱弱，聽不到聲音。但也要記得，男人的威風，在於有本事又能幹，而不是叫你用你的力氣去打女人、欺負女人。

平安的定義在於妳你的心境。我們都要去接受每個人，去想每個人都有她他的長處。當我們能夠把自己的心打開時，就是我們真正去迎接「平安」的時候了。

Do you have the resolve to change your destiny?

However, do you know how to respect others and yourself? Or do you think that if something is available for free, you would be a fool for not grabbing it?

On the night of Christmas Eve, 24 December 2018, Master Dai Hu conducted the much anticipated 46th Learning Session, A Wonderful Christmas.

Before it commenced, a participant gave Master a bouquet of lilies and a Christmas card, wishing him happy holidays. At the end of it, there were also participants who sought Master's autograph for his new comic book, Towards Kindness, Towards Betterment.

Master Dai Hu had never charged a single cent for his learning sessions. They were always conducted to repay his loyal fans, who dutifully read his FB posts and tapped Like for every single one of them. However, there will be still applicants, who neither read nor tap like for the posts, wanting to attend the free Learning Sessions and benefit from Master Dai Hu's Chinese Metaphysics knowledge.

One rejected applicant texted, "I will bear the consequences of my own karma."

Another applicant angrily asked, "Is it logical that you expect people to read so many of your posts?!"

Actually, there is no expectation. It is already clearly stated in the FB notice: the Learning Sessions are meant to benefit Master Dai Hu's devoted readers and fans, who read his FB posts and tapped Like for every single one of them.

There are sensible life truths in Master Dai Hu's posts. If you do not read them, you can't be considered as a person who treat yourself with benevolence. In this case, how will you have the good fortune to receive the help of Master Dai Hu?

If you did not invest any effort, and do not support Master Dai Hu's writings, yet you still wish to get his help for free, how is that reasonable and logical?

One participant was blacklisted by Master Dai Hu previously. He was due to attend one session in the summer of 2017. Before that, he requested for an early notification, so that he could inform his mother not to cook dinner for him. However, he still arrived late and was denied entry.

His reason for his lateness was him wanting to save money. He ate dinner at home and took the bus, despite running late and having the financial ability to take a taxi. He sent a late notice and did not personally apologise to Master Dai Hu for his tardiness.

Before Master Dai Hu reached the venue, he had already informed his assistant that this gentleman would be late by choice as he was a miser, and hence, chose not to spend when necessary. Master Dai Hu remarked that a man of such caliber made a poor candidate for destiny transformation, and preempted the assistant to turn him away when he would text later.

Master Dai Hu's prerequisite to all participants has always been:

* Have the tenacity to turn your destiny around
* be able to respect others

Therefore, good manners and punctuality are definitely traits that one should have.

1.5 year later, Master Dai Hu gave permission for this gentleman to attend the Christmas Eve's Learning Session. Reason being, he had been trying to contact Master Dai Hu for quite some time, and it was time to give him a chance. Secondly, the meeting would also validate Master Dai Hu's accuracy in reading his facial features.

True indeed, when the gentleman saw Master Dai Hu, he failed to take any initiative to introduce himself, greet Master, or offered his apology. He had to be reminded by Master's disciple before doing it.

When we are passively guarding a tree-stump, waiting for a benefactor to stroll by, don't forget that the same benefactor is also pursued by many other people, who bother to show the initiative. Nobody is obligated to help anybody.

（A）TRILOGY TO BEING SAFE & SOUND - #1 INNER MIND

The definition of 平安 (being safe and sound) lies in your state of mind. We must be able to accept everybody, and think of their good points. The moment we can open up our hearts will be when we can truly receive 平安 .
