「以色列海外志工計畫」每年約接待來自 45 個國家的 1,000 名志工前往以色列社福機構服務，台灣青年參與人數名列亞洲國家前矛，展現民間充沛愛心力量。藉由協定的簽署，將深化雙方志工領域的合作，進一步增進兩國友誼。相關資訊平台將於近期設置，有意投入志工服務的朋友，請隨時關注衛福部官網資訊。
Taiwanese #volunteers represent the very best of #CivicDiplomacy overseas, as MOFA Vice Minister Miguel Tsao stated at the recent signing of a memorandum of understanding aimed at deepening exchange and cooperation in #volunteering between #Taiwan and #Israel.
Representative Omer Caspi of the Israel Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, encouraged more young Taiwanese people to volunteer under the country’s overseas volunteer program, as we approach 2021, the 20th anniversary of the passing of the #Taiwan’s Volunteer Service Act.
1,000 young volunteers from 45 countries around the world volunteer with social welfare organizations in Israel every year, and Taiwanese participants have always ranked among the top from Asia.
