秋分時節,晝夜時間長短再次相等,過了秋分這一天,白天時間就會越變越短,黑夜時間就會越變越長,天氣亦會慢慢轉涼。飲食調養以滋陰潤肺、補中益氣為原則,因為秋天到皮膚、鼻子、咽喉都容易感到乾燥,不妨適量進食帶滋陰益氣功效的食材如蜂蜜、雪耳、沙參、麥冬、川貝、杏仁等,預防秋燥傷肺。
由於日照減少,容易有花木凋零的感覺,有些人會因為環境而產生憂鬱的傷感情緒,亦即所謂的「秋愁」,所以要注意精神的調養,培養樂觀情緒,保持神志安寧。
溫馨提示:
.米水可加入少量冰糖增添滋潤
.洗澡後要塗上無添加的潤膚乳以防皮膚乾裂
.吃螃蟹後喝杯紫蘇葉薑茶,暖胃驅寒
Autumn Equinox

The important diet note during autumn equinox is to nourish yin and moisten the lungs. As skin, nose and throat prone to dryness in the autumn. Appropriately consume ingredients that can nourish yin and qi such as honey, snow fungus, glehnia root, radix ophiopogonis, chuan bei, almond to prevent autumn dryness hurting the lungs.
The daylight decreases in the autumn and plants begin to wither. Some people may become emotional because of the environment, which is ‘autumn sadness’. Remember to properly manage your mental state, be optimistic and calm your mind.

.add rock sugar to rice water to be increase moistening effect
.apply moisturizer without additives after your shower to prevent peeling due to dryness
.have a cup of ginger tea with purple perilla after eating crab to warm the stomach and dispel cold

Recipe:
杏仁茶燉蛋白Almond Milk with Egg White
川貝杏仁露Almond Milk 400 ml
雞蛋白Egg White 2-3 Nos.
1 Put the Almond Milk into the Heatsbox/將川貝杏仁露倒入HEATSBOX
2 Set 85c and wait / 調較至85度
4 Add Egg White and Stir it/加入蛋白並加以攪拌
5 Close the Lid and Set 85c/關蓋再較至85度
6 Done/完成-
北海道3.6牛乳燉蛋Steamed Eggs with Hokkaido 3.6 Milk (Milk)
北海道3.6牛乳Hokkaido 3.6 Milk 200 ml
雞蛋Egg 2-3 Nos.
砂糖Sugar 2-3 Tea Spoon
1 Put the Milk into Heatsbox./將牛乳倒入HEATSBOX
2 Set 85c and wait/調較至85度
3 Add Sugar and Stir it until it’s completely dissolved/加入砂糖並攪拌至熔解
4 Add the beaten eggs and Stir it a bit/加入打好的雞蛋再加以攪拌
5 Close the lid and set 85c/關蓋再較至85度
6 Done完成
菊花雪梨飲Chrysanthemum and Pear Drink
雪梨Pear 2 Nos.
菊花雪梨水Chrysanthemum and Pear Drink 200 ml
1 Put the Pear Drink into Heatsbox/將菊花雪梨水倒入HEATSBOX
2 Add the Pear (in pieces)/加入已切好雪梨
3 Close the Lid and Set 85c/關蓋再較至85度
4 Done/完成
