[TAIPEI - 和蒔炭火割烹😌]
開業剛才一個多月的割烹。沒有開張馬上來是希望水凖能穩定些減低風險。
這次選擇比一般套餐高的價格希望能認主廚盡量發揮。整體食物控制OK， 也看到主廚很用心努力去做好每一道菜， 也花了不少功夫去找一些平地食材。
但有感主廚很想呈現很多菜式種類及風格， 郤沒讓我找到難忘的點想回去再吃。相信主廚還在尋找餐廳的方向和定位。
希望不久能聽到餐廳的好評認我回去再試。
A new Japanese restaurant just opened for a month or so. I’ve decided not to visit right away to new restaurants to lower risk of inconsistency.
We have requested an omakase with price higher than the usual set in order to explore the chef’s full capabilities without limits.
Overall control is alright and I can also see the design and hard work chef put into each dish, not to mention his effort in finding some local exotic ingredients.
I was though a bit overwhelmed with many dishes and different styles presented yet I have not found a point / dish which I want to come back for. I believe the chef is still searching for his unique style and direction.
Hopefully I’ll hear more positive comments down the road to give me better support to come back.
