識我嘅朋友應該知我有飲開滴雞精，用嚟補下身🤭最近，台灣旅行返嚟之後，比我發現到樣新野，原來台灣宜家興飲虱目魚精🥣，等我又試下新野先～
虱目魚又名牛奶魚，喺台灣經常見到，有豐富蛋白質、人體所需胺基酸和鈣質，味道好鮮甜，用嚟熬煮成虱目魚精🥣亦非常易入口😋
將成包魚精放入熱水座熱3-5分鐘就可以直接開嚟飲，一包就有晒成條虱目魚嘅精華營養，除咗低鈉、低熱量，佢仲係零脂肪、零膽固醇，比滴雞精多咗Omega 3添🐟

Although I do not understand half of the names myself, I think it's still important to know how to pronounce all the Swedish product names at IKEA.
