最進辦公室有點空，同事們都趕著四月底在年休假截止之前，趕快放完。因此幾乎每天會收到email設定的自動回覆信，告知說 我現在不在辦公室，正在放假，幾號回來，有事請找別人。

我就全部複製，在這貼上，各種寫法給大家參(ㄓㄠ\)考(ㄔㄠ)

I am out of the office until 日期, I will reply to your email on my return. For urgent enquiries please contact XXX.

I'm currently out of office on annual leave returning on 日期. I will respond to your mail when I return.

I am currently away on annual leave with minimal email access and will be returning to the office on 日期 and will pick up any emails on my return.
For any enquiries regarding 事情 please contact XXX.

I am in holiday until 日期. Please contact XXX should you require an immediate response, alternatively send me a mail which I shall deal with as soon as possible as I will be picking up urgent mail during my holiday.

I am out of the office on annual leave and will not be returning to the business until 日期. I will respond to your email upon my return.

I'm out of office on 日期. I will have limited access to emails. For urgent queries please call me on XXXXXXX.

Thanks for your email. I have little or no access to email at present. I will be returning to work on 日期 and I will look to respond on my return.

out of the office的意思有可能是因公外出，或是休假，反正我就是不在辦公室啦.

有人會直接簡寫I am OOO = out of office，我留意到我辦公室的同事很少這麼寫的，建議請儘量不要懶惰用簡寫，應該要把out of the office完整寫出來，這樣才感覺比較專業。

春節放假了，離開辦公室前大概有設定自動信件回覆系統auto-reply，告訴他人你不在辦公室，何時回來.英文簡寫就是I am OOO.

同事偶爾很懶，在email裡面直接寫 I am OOO，請不要以為按到鍵盤還是什麼鬼畫符， 就是I am out of the office 我外出，不在辦公室. 這個out of the office的意思有可能是因公外出，或是休假，反正我就是不在辦公室啦. 不過寫英文時建議不要發懶，少用I am OOO，應該要把out of the office完整寫出來，這樣才感覺比較專業

當 I am currently out of othe ffice 時，同事都會在email上設定自動回覆的訊息，讓寄信者知道我不在辦公室，當有要緊的事情時該找誰，或是我什麼時候會回來上班. 算是讓對方不會找不到人也讓自己有時間可以緩衝慢慢回信

以下是常用的寫法，大家參考與自行排列組合:

I am out of the office on business. If the matter is urgent, please contact me on 手機號碼 or alternatively contact 人名.

I am currently out of the office, retuning X月X日. Please contact 人名 for any urgent issues. Otherwise, I will respond to your email on my return.

Thanks for your email. I am currently out of the office until X月X日.

I am out of the office returning to the office on X月X日.

I am out of the office today with limited access to my emails. I will be back in tomorrow. If there is anything urgent, please contact 人名

I am now out of office till X月X日 with limited access to email , for anything urgent please contact 人名.

自動信件回覆訊息的功能也會被離職的同事使用，最後一分鐘要踏出辦公室前，改成訊息 I have now left the business 或公司名稱. Any queries please contact人名. 讓不知道該同事已經離職的人，知道不要期待我會回你的信啦，請找某某某. 換言之，現在是某某某的責任啦，不是我的了.
