帶子豆腐 （父親節快樂）：

材料：
急凍帶子9粒
軟豆腐1磚
辣椒仔1隻
芫荽9小片

調味料：
生抽1湯匙
油半茶匙

處理：
1. 用清水將帶子解凍。
2. 將豆腐切好。
3. 帶子解凍後，洗淨，擎乾水。

烹調：
1. 將豆腐蒸6分鐘。
2. 辣椒仔切細粒，芫荽切開9小片。
3. 豆腐蒸好後，倒去碟底的水，然後將帶子逐一放在每一塊豆腐上。
4. 繼續再蒸4分鐘。
5. 將1/2茶匙油燒滾，淋在碗內的1湯匙的豉油內。
6. 豆腐蒸好後，再倒去碟底的水。
7. 辣椒粒及芫荽粒鋪上豆腐上面。
8. 將豉油及熟油淋在碟邊，就可以了。

Light soya sauce 1 tbsp

1. Defrost the scallops with tap water.
2. Cut the tofu properly.
3. Wash, hang dry after the scallops have been defrosted.

Steps:
1. Steam the tofu for 6 minutes.
2. Cut the chili into small cubes, cut the coriander into 9 small pieces.
3. Pour away the water in plate after the tofu has been steamed well. Put one scallop on each piece of tofu.
4. Steam 4 minutes more.
5. Heat up 1/2 tsp oil, pour in the bowl of 1 tbsp light soya sauce.
6. Pour away the water on the plate after the tofu has been steamed well.
7. Chili cubes and coriander pieces are to be put on top of tofu.
8. Spray light soya sauce and hot oil aside of the plate, serve.

?帶子蒸豆腐 重點?
帶子蒸豆腐要蒸得好食
首先(大火滾水)將豆腐
蒸透蒸熱(大約六分鐘)後
先加上帶子再蒸三分鐘
豆腐又熱又透,帶子又嫩又滑

材料：
急凍帶子9粒
軟豆腐1磚
辣椒仔1隻
芫荽9小片

調味料：
生抽1湯匙
油半茶匙

2. 將豆腐切好。

豆漿蒸水蛋：

材料：
無糖豆漿300毫升
雞蛋4隻

處理：
1. 雞蛋1:1.5豆漿，即4隻雞蛋，加入6隻雞蛋容量的豆漿。
2. 打勻雞蛋。
3. 要注意蛋漿沒有味道，可隨個人口味加入鹽。
4. 用蛋隔隔去蛋漿內的氣泡。

烹調：
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸水蛋4分鐘，焗8分鐘。
3. 完成，可享用。

Steam eggs with sugar~free soy milk:

Ingredients:
Sugar~free soy milk 300ml
Eggs 4 Nos.

Preparation:
1. Eggs 1:1.5 sugar~free soy milk. That is 4 eggs, add sugar~free soy milk with volume of 6 eggs.
2. Beat eggs well.
3. Please note that soy milk is with no flavor. Depends on personal favorite, add little salt.
4. Use a separator to remove the bubbles from egg syrup.

Steps:
1. Boil up a pot of water at high flame in wok.
2. Steam egg syrup at high flame for 4 minutes. Turn off fire and leave it for 8 minutes.
3. Complete. Serve.
