Baked Chicken with Crispy Mayo Potato Flakes (Recipe)

Difficulty: VERY Easy
Time: 40min
Number of servings: 4 servings (20cm/8inch pie dish)

Ingredients:
600g (1.3lb) chicken thigh with no skin
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
butter or olive oil
mayonnaise https://amzn.to/37K3fEi
50g (US 1cup) potato flakes https://amzn.to/3eaZRos
parsley flakes

Directions:
1. Cut chicken with no skin into bite-size pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Butter the pie dish and cover the bottom with some potato flakes.
3. Place the chicken. Put the remaining potato flakes on top. Bake in oven at 220C (420F) for 20-30min.
4. Sprinkle with parsley flakes to finish.

Bahan:
Kentang ukuran besar Untuk 350 g mashed potatoes.
150 keju
500 g Bread Flour
50 g gula
50 g Butter
1 telur
7 g Yeast
2 sdt Bread softener ( gak pakai gak apa2)
1.5; sdt Garam
150 ml susu
(Saya pakai 125 ml)

Bahan:
350 g mashed sweet potato
500 terigu
3 sdt Ragi Saf instant
2 sdt Ibis Blue
2 sdt BBA
50 g butter
50 g gula
200 ml susu
1 telur
1 1/2 sdt garam
