「Function handle」
@可以傳回一個function的handle，
或者你可以建立一個匿名函式然後傳回它的handle。
一個function的handle可以被傳來傳去。
你可以把它當作函數的引數，傳到另外一個函式裡，然後在那一個函式裡呼叫它。
但傳的過程不會被呼叫、計算。
只有當你真的加上括號的時候，才會被計算。
例如匿名函式：

f=@(x)x+1
f(2)
ans=3
% f(2)才是真的計算f在2的值。
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
function handle類似C++的「函數指標」。
