材料 Ingredients:
三百克高筋麵粉 300g Strong flour
六十毫升溫水 60ml lukewarm water
一隻蛋 1 egg
三十克室溫無鹽牛油 30g unsalted butter
六十克黑糖 60g brown sugar
五克酵母 5g yeast
半克鹽 1/2g salt
四十克提子乾 40g raisins
適量冇鹽牛油 (塗麵包面用) Unsalted butter
九十毫升清水(煑湯種用)90ml water (for making utane dough)
