材料:
熱香餅混合粉 150g,牛奶 100ml,雞蛋 1,油,火腿 2,車打芝士 1,蛋黃醬 2 tbsp,洋蔥碎 1 tbsp,雞蛋 1,水牛芝士 80g,番茜 1 tsp
做法:
1. 將熱香餅混合粉,牛奶,雞蛋拌勻
2. 在焗盆內掃油,加入麵粉漿,火腿 2,車打芝士 1,蛋黃醬,洋蔥碎 1 tbsp,雞蛋 1,水牛芝士
3. 用180℃焗25分鐘,灑上番茜

※ Ingredients:
- Pancake Batter: 150g Pancake Mix, 100ml Milk, 1 Egg
- 2 Sliced Ham, 1 Cheddar Cheese, 2tbsp Mayonnaise, 1tbsp Minced Onion, 1 Egg, 80g Mozzarella Cheese, 1tsp Parsley
※ Preparation
1. Combine pancake mix, milk and egg.
2. Grease the frying pan, and pour 5Tbsp pancake mixture. Place 2 sliced ham, 1 cheddar cheese, 2Tbsp mayonnaise, minced onion and 1 egg.
3. Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes in 180℃ oven.
4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
