紅玫瑰花

屬性:性溫,具理氣解鬱、和血散瘀的功效。
玫瑰茉莉花茶 — 送給一個思慮多而且經常唉聲嘆氣的她
功效:行氣解鬱調經,紓緩經常嘆氣、煩躁、痛經、經前或經期間小腹疼痛等症狀。
材料:玫瑰花10克、茉莉花10克
做法:材料放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗5分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,一星期連續飲用3-4天,連續兩星期為一個療程。
備註:宜於經前三至七日飲用,月經期間及孕婦不宜飲用。
洛神花
花語:希望、寧靜、等待
屬性:性寒,有清熱、消滯、養顏的功效。
山楂洛神花茶 — 送給血氣運行不暢的她
功效:活血化瘀,紓緩黑眼圈、面色暗啞、靜脈曲張、暗瘡印等血瘀症狀。
材料:乾洛神花3朵、乾山楂5片、紅糖適量
做法:乾洛神花及乾山楂放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗5分鐘,加入紅糖即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,一星期連續飲用4天為一個療程。
備註:此茶味酸,不宜空腹飲用,胃部容易不適、孕婦、女士月經期間不宜飲用。

屬性:性涼,有清熱祛濕及滑腸的功效。
雞蛋花木棉花胎菊茶 — 送給不自覺會鬧脾氣及眼乾目赤的她

材料:雞蛋花10克、木棉花6克、胎菊6克
