I checked out all the new zones at Fairprice Xtra Jurong Point today and am impressed by the vast Health and Beauty zone with an Unity pharmacy store. Should you need any consultations on medication, there is a licensed pharmacist available. The healthy eating zone has a wider range of organic, free-from, natural and low-GI and fresh produce than I have seen in other FairPrice outlets.

If you’re in the area tomorrow, 9 Dec, come on down for a brown rice bento 🍱 set cooking demo and taste some yummy food! Time: 2:30-3.30pm & 4.30pm-6pm.
Kids get free balloons 🎈🎈🎈at certain hours throughout the weekend too!

FairPrice Xtra is celebrating 10 years by renovating its Jurong Point hypermarket with better product curation and unique customer experiences - even for kids!

The section that caught my eye was the Healthy Eating zone – the Organic section, which is one of the biggest I have ever seen in a supermarket. Plenty of organic products here, ranging from baby products to even chips, but I was surprised by how affordable the organic vegetables are! A bag of Chinese spinach from NTUC FairPrice's housebrand Pasar Organic for only $2.20? Totally worth it!

In addition, the Health and Beauty Zone features an integrated Unity pharmacy store and stocks a wide range of cosmetic and skincare products from South Korea!

And because December will be a month of celebration at FairPrice Xtra Jurong Point, be sure to head down on 9 Dec (2-3.30pm & 4.30pm-6pm) for a Brown Rice Bento Set Demo with a guest chef, and get a chance to excite those tastebuds with your own creation too! Kids get to grab free balloons too 9 & 10 Dec (2-4pm & 6-8pm)!
