人生第三次潛水- 墾丁 🤿

多了幾次經驗後
比較能放鬆心情
開始慢慢體會到在海底的平靜
前幾次的經驗
都因為太緊張
一直在想
要好好的緊咬著二級頭不放
要好好的做好耳壓平衡
要好好的把面鏡裡的霧氣弄掉
要好好的吸氣吐氣
光做這些動作
我就已經累到不行
根本沒辦法好好欣賞海底生物們
這一次
對於器材使用不再那麼陌生了
也很幸運
我的面鏡完全沒有進水或起霧
大大的減少我的緊張感
突然我有個靈感
我開始運用平常做瑜珈練習的「呼吸練習法」
哇哇哇哇
真的幫助太大了
終於體會到
在海底平靜的感覺
好舒服好自在
甚至肚子都開始餓了
最終心得感想：
雖然我的中性浮力還是沒有很好
有時候會上上下下的
還因為要控制方向手不小心刮傷
雖然背氣瓶上岸的那段路還是很痛苦
時不時懷疑
我平常重量訓練的成果怎麼沒派上用場
雖然拍出來的照片我都看起來好狼狽
雖然我好像曬黑了
好多好多好多的雖然
但我還是玩得好開心
迫不期待下次再去當背氧氣瓶的小美人魚了🧜♀️

和 Music Lin 林音樂 我是潛水教練 及微距好伙伴們潛太習慣，夜潛就一直左顧右盼丶手電筒照來照去丶瘋狂偷看每個洞和珊瑚縫縫，結果顯得我們很失控，潛導一直叭我們，聽說叭到他都要沒氣了 🤣🤣🤣
怎麼會，一直得抓著速度跟大家前進，我都還沒360度好好喬角度拍耶！！！
很多該對好的沒對好，哭
不過所有幾乎生物都我們自己找的（得意）
