「年後變胖該怎麼做?」
🧧 過年期間總是免不了與親朋好友大魚大肉 🐟、狂歡暢飲,但許多人總是在年後發胖許多。
👩💼 根據國健署於民國 100 年的調查 [註一],有近 41% 的民眾表示過年期間體重平均會增加 1.7 公斤,而且有 38% 的人表示過年期間會比平常吃更多東西,更有 47% 的人承認過年期間吃了更多的零食 🍫
不過究竟為什麼過年期間容易吃胖呢 🤷♀️
這可能跟你在過年期間吃了過多的超級加工食品 [註二]有很大的關係。

📄 在去年七月的研究發現 [註三],在極端控制的實驗環境下 [註四],即便每個人每天被送上的食物總熱量都一樣,但連續 14 天吃超級加工食品的人最後體重與體脂肪都增加了,相反的,連續 14 天吃非加工食品的人體重反而減輕了。到底怎麼會這樣呢?
原來是因為在這個研究裡,除了正餐以外,研究人員也提供了許多零食 🍿 ,讓他們想吃就可以吃,而吃超級加工食品的人每天就多攝取了 500 大卡的熱量,而且即便研究人員用了特殊的方式讓加工組與非加工組的食物熱量密度接近一致,但是超級加工食品組的人仍然因為飽足感不夠而多吃了過多的熱量。

💡 從這個研究我們可以瞭解,即便是在控制很嚴謹的實驗環境下,吃超級加工食品的人都會多吃 500 大卡了,更何況是在現實生活中這種完全沒有人會約束你的情況呢?
而且生活中的超級加工食品熱量密度都超高、纖維質與蛋白質含量也較低,導致吃起來沒有飽足感,而且超級加工食品也容易引發大腦多巴胺系統刺激獎勵系統產生反應,讓人產生宛如吸毒與賭博的愉悅感 🤪
此外,當你眼前有各式各樣的食物可以選擇時,你更有可能在無意中延遲了用餐的飽足感或是滿足感,進而增加你的進食量,這或許也是為什麼在年節期間,你總會吃下一堆東西的原因。

最近、がんのリスクが増えるといわれて取り上げられることがとても増えている「超加工食品」。
すごく危険だ!っていう話をされる方もいれば、いやいやむやみやたらに危険性をあおるな!っていう話をされる専門家もいて、たくさんの議論がされています。
正直、現代人の食生活で全く「超加工食品」を摂らないのはかなり大変だと思うんです。特に一人暮らしの方は、安くておいしい加工品がないと生活が成り立たない方も多いはず。
でもね、1個だけやっぱり気をつけたいと思うのは、習慣にしないことです。
腸活もそうだけど、腸内細菌が嫌うものやことをたまにするのはしょうがない。でもなるべく習慣にしないように上手に利用することが大切です。
