#ThrowbackTuesday to when I was feeling très cute in my @underarmoursoutheastasia gear.
Tomorrow brings around the start of another MCO. Let’s be frank.. we did see this coming. Let’s keep our chin up, head up high, and most importantly - our bodies healthy.
Here are some quick tips to help you stay active for the next few weeks:
1. Take short active breaks during the day. Dance, play with your kids or pets, or even do house chores! Reduce your sedentary time wherever possible.
2. Walk. Even in small spaces walking around the house or on the spot can help you remain active. Or you can do what I do! If you have a call, stand or walk around the house, instead of sitting down!
3. Breathe. Take deep breaths when you can. It helps to keep you calm, bringing the awareness away from the worries in your head, and quietens your mind.
In the mean time I hope you take these two weeks to practice good self care, good hygiene, and always remember to stay safe.
