In my years of trying out different styles, I’ve always found myself leaning towards the classic look.
Chanel No 5 to me define what classic is - everlasting, effortless and elegant.
My photographer decided to capture me in my most comfortable state to represent how the scent made me feel - happy, free and alive.
I was also very happy to know that the No 5 has a tinge of Jasmine inside her 🖤

l 脫稿玩家Free Guy 原來是一部靈性電影
看到海報又加上主演的是經常搞笑的Ryan Reynolds, 心理上以為又是一部爽片, 結果是每一個人走出去都是熱淚盈眶。 想不到這是一部科幻，愛情，勵志加上靈性的喜劇片 就連主角Ryan都自己說：“這是我拍過最棒的電影！”
就讓我(無雷的)點出此片與瑜伽靈性有關的地方
*靈性的修行要你不要再當(NPC) 非玩家角色
電動玩具裡面有一些角色, 像是路人。 玩家雖不能夠控制他們 可以跟他們互動，但是基本上這些可有可無角色就像行屍走肉一樣， 不斷的做同樣的事情 甚至對話時也是一些重複且沒有意義的程式化回答。
主角Guy 有一天突然發現, 自己就是這樣子在電玩裡的配角,只是一個程式，年復一年，日復一日嗎，做相同的事情, 說同樣的話得到同樣的結果. ”某種原因”讓他覺醒後， 嚐試離開舒適區， 接受層層挑戰關卡，幫助且改變他人，最後甚至還要拯救世界。
事實上 在現實生活中，多數人也就是這個非玩家角色， 每天早上從床的同一邊起床，走同一條路去上班， 看同樣的電視台 同樣的想法 同樣的行為，造成同樣的生命經驗，同樣的情緒反應。 這也是俗稱的制約化，也可以稱為業(Karma) 。
那就是為什麼在影片中主角名言:
Life doest happen to be something that just happen to us.
生命不只是一件發生在我們身上的事情而已
透過瑜珈的練習，察覺並燃燒 Karma, 珍貴的自由意志才會回到你的手中。
也許就是這樣，主角guy在親吻女主角後的第一句話是 I may not be real, But for a second there, I feel pretty alive
也許我不是真的，但是剛剛那個。。我覺得重獲新生。
聽了這句話不只覺得好笑還覺得有點慚愧：一個沒有生命的電腦程式，如果能夠將他原來的業燃燒殆盡，他將比真人活得更真; 相反的 真的人卻活得比電腦程式更假。 。。那如果一個有生命的真正的人，能夠透過修行將他的制約化的業燃燒殆盡呢？ 沒錯， 佛陀說你便可以成佛。
＊ 警衛Buddy才是真的開悟的人
當主角察覺他們的生活的一切 其實只是一個電動玩具程式, 他盡一切努力想要告訴他的朋友Buddy 這一切是假的啦!!
Buddy 回答：
So what if I’m not real? Even if I’m not real, this moment is. What’s more real than a person trying to help someone they love? – Buddy
這一切是假的又怎麼樣？ 雖然我是假的但這一刻是真的， 此時此刻是千真萬確真的， 我正努力的幫助我的朋友， 還有什麼事會比幫助你愛的人更真呢？
但事實上這一切ㄧ切是真的嗎？ 答案回答是”真的“人，如果100多年後再問他一次， 靈性的推測就是他會改答案。 佛陀在數千年前已經指出 ，我們只是暫時的過客，唯一真的只有在當下， 我們在這一刻出生，也在這一刻滅亡。 唯有這一刻是真的， 能每分秒活在當下，推崇當下， 把當下當作你生命中的中心， 一個在電腦中的AI程式也能夠立地成佛。
也許這就是為什麼，當Buddy被"刪除"後， 有位看熱鬧的仁兄 才會說出：
“This guy is the true Hero"
他才是真正的英雄
這部絕對是到目前為止，今年最佳電影！！

Happy Birthday to me. 34 years of being alive, 34 years of smiles and tears 😄
At age 34 i'm starting to understand how everything that has happened, has happened for me. Things don't just happen to me. They happen for me. To learn in general, learn to accept, to acknowledge, to embrace and to face whatever come my way.
If birthday wishes works, i wish for myself and my loved ones "平安". 平平无奇的安稳, that is the kind of blessing i truly am grateful for 🤍 And i wish for the world the same.
Reflection on my life thus far, 34 years; 408 months; 12,410 days; 297,840 hours.. First 4 years, blur. Tbh do not rem much except going to the hospital to see @pigpigrocks when she was born. I was 3.
5th - 12th year, fear and confusion 😂 Preschool and Primary school were generally very confusing for someone who don't understand English, and who mostly have no idea what the teacher is saying 😃 And that lead to me eating alone in the toilet sometimes LOL i much prefer that than eating alone at canteen during recess 😄
13th - 16th year, infatuation and frustration 🥲 I just wanted to fall in love, get married and have kids??? Why do i have to learn algebra??? 🙂😂 Can't say i feel greatly different about algebra now 😂
17 yro me was just wild 🙈🙉🙊
18 yro me met Josh and the rest is history 😂 He stuck with me for the rest of his life man 🙂🤡
28 yro me got pregnant and my entire life purpose changed ❤️
30 yro me got served with two lawsuits and spiralled deep down into the dark side of life 😂 Bouncing back has been a journey i treasure and reflect upon a lot ❤️
32 yro me became a mother of 3 and started @qingbyqult ❤️ Learnt how to.. Let life lead me.
34 yro me.. Trying to find ways to do more, give more, live more, love more❤️
