【让味道说话】
不在CRC的CRC炒面
小时候就开始吃这档，但不在CRC里时，最早就是爷爷爸爸带我到这里，看似有十多年了吧。从一堆人，吃到现在我一个人，一直回来，找的就是那熟悉的感觉。
这里的炒面用的是他们引以为傲的汤头加辣椒来炒的，和外间的不一样，它看起来不会红，但就是辣，而且持久地辣。就像早期有些的Mee Goreng，都流行加牛肉。如果不吃牛肉，或许你可以点鸡肉的，熬过汤的鸡肉切碎后加入面里炒，如果你有叫Special,老板便会切下有小虾的虾煎，有加这个会更加香，和面一起吃时有一点半脆，又沾了些面的辣汤，吃起来真爽。
如果你们能吃辣的话，我建议你们加辣，其实加了蔬菜、番茄和马铃薯下去后会Tune Down整个辣度，不够辣其实就不是那么一回事。最要命的是那小碟子的青辣椒，只切几片，给你半个桔仔，放点酱油和白醋。呜哇~那个酸可以想象得到。歹势地说一句，其实说道这里，我口水又流了整地。
吃过的人都懂，加了这小碟的青辣椒和桔仔，这盘面的美味更加升华。若能吃辣，必定要跟板讲炒时加辣。那开胃又刺激的味道，很快的让你不自觉地Shoot完整盘。
不会辣的青辣椒，加了酱油和白醋，把它的香味和甜味带出来。有些人喜欢沾着吃，有些人喜欢少少，少少加着吃，我就喜欢整碟捞进面里，那个滋味，试过必定再回头。吃得满头冒汗，爽！
煮汤的面其实更多人点，高汤和辣椒把面焖透，临上碟前打一粒蛋，煮一下，让蛋凝固并细满了汤汁。这个也不错，但我还是爱那Mee Goreng,炒的最棒~！
#顺带一提，如果真的拜神不能吃牛肉，这档可怕不大适合。
