昼と夜の時間概念があるDQライクなシステムで、敵とランダムエンカウントし、ターンバトルをしつつレベルを上げていく。
BGMは原田氏による作曲データを古代氏がPC88上のmucomで入力且つ編曲。主にDataLifeの5インチ2HDに保存しながら、X-1へコンバート作業を行った。

主な変更点としては、OP・EDのアニメデモの追加等。
BGMはテレネットのサウンドスタッフが作・編曲、opna版ではサンプリングドラムが加えられた。また、OPでは88VA専用曲が作られた。
音源にはopn版、opna版が存在する。
