What's sambao? @bellybao uses their traditional Gua Bao dough to make bread loaf. The process involves steamed, baked, then buttered to perfect their fluffy but kind of spongy buttery sambao (sandwich)

Look at this super overloading cheesy Lap Cheong (Chinese sausage) sambao. Lap Cheong recalls so much of my childhood memories, from just putting it on steamed rice 🍚, stuffing in sticky rice dumpling, to just adding it to stir fries, this preserved sausage can add so much flavours to everything. Enough said, take a bite of this oozing goodness, quick time!
