เชียร์ซีรีส์ Netflix กับ HBO GO ไปหลายเรื่องแล้ว คราวนี้ถึงคราวของ Amazon Prime Video กันบ้าง
ช่วงนี้หลายคนอาจจะเพิ่งสมัครเพื่อดูซีรีส์ Invincible ที่โคตรมันส์ไม่แพ้ The Boys แต่จะบอกว่าซีรีส์ใน Prime Video อีกหลายเรื่องก็เด็ดไม่แพ้กัน แถมบางเรื่องเป็นแนวที่ไม่ค่อยเห็นในสตรีมมิ่งค่ายอื่นด้วย
เรื่องแรกแน่นอนว่าต้องเชียร์ The Boys แค่ได้เห็นซีรีส์สร้างซูเปอร์ฮีโร่เหี้ยห่าระยำตำบอนออกมาบ้างก็ปรบมือให้แล้ว แถมยังเป็นความเลวร้ายลึกแบบนี้ยิ่งน่าสนใจขึ้นไปอีก มันไม่ใช่แค่คนมีพลังเหนือธรรมชาติเอาพลังไปใช้ในทางที่ผิดโต้ง ๆ แต่พวกเขาสร้างฉากหน้าตัวเองเป็นคนดีปกป้องประเทศ ทั้งที่เบื้องหลังต่ำทรามสุด ๆ ซึ่งการสร้างภาพแบบนี้มันน่ากลัวมากกว่าการเห็นซูเปอร์ฮีโร่เอาพลังไปยึดอำนาจให้คนจำนนด้วยความกลัว เพราะอันตรายที่แท้จริงคือการสร้างโฆษณาชวนเชื่อต่อเนื่องจนประชาชนพร้อมสนับสนุนทุกอย่าง กลายเป็นอำนาจที่ผู้คนยินยอมมอบให้ด้วยความเต็มใจ โดยมองไม่เห็นภัยร้ายแท้จริงที่ถูกปกปิดอยู่ลับหลัง เอ๊ะ คุ้น ๆ

เรื่องที่ 2 ขอเชียร์ซีรีส์โคตรไม่แมสอย่าง El Candidato ซีรีส์ส่วนผสมระหว่างความโหดของแก๊งค้ายาเม็กซิกัน, ภารกิจสายลับ CIA, ปฏิบัติการทางทหาร, และการชิงชัยตำแหน่งทางการเมือง เป็นแนวสายลับที่คอนเซ็ปต์พล็อตน่าสนใจมาก ตัวร้ายเป็นอดีตสายข่าวของ CIA เลยรู้ทันและวางปฏิบัติการต่อต้านการสอดแนมแบบพวก CIA หัวกะทิจับไม่ได้ไล่ไม่ทันสักที สนุกเข้มข้นเชียร์มากเพราะอยากให้แมส

เรื่องที่ 3 ขอเชียร์ Bosch สร้างจากนิยายของ ไมเคิล คอนเนลลี่ เป็นซีรีส์ตำรวจนักสืบที่กระจายน้ำหนักไปเล่าทั้งเรื่องการเมืองภายในองค์กร, การพิสูจน์หลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ ผสมการสืบสวนหาเบาะแส พร้อมกับสำรวจจิตใจฆาตกรต่อเนื่อง โดยยังเดินเรื่องด้วยบุคลิกตัวเอกที่โดดเด่น ซึ่งพอผสมออกมาแล้วเลยได้รสชาติที่แตกต่างจากซีรีส์ตำรวจสืบสวนของค่ายอื่น

เรื่องต่อมา Invincible ของแรงกำลังเป็น meme ตอนนี้ โคตรสนุก อยู่กึ่งกลางระหว่าง Justice League กับ The Boys มีความเลือดสาดกระชากไส้แบบทั้งดิบทั้งเรียล เล่าเรื่องเป็น coming of age วัยรุ่นที่ต้องจัดการทั้งชีวิตมัธยมปลายและการรับมือกับการเป็นซูเปอร์ฮีโร่มือใหม่ ใส่การเล่าที่คาดเดาไม่ถูก มีอะไรพีค ๆ หยอดเข้ามาในทุกตอน ใครยังไม่ดูต้องห้ามพลาดเด็ดขาด

เรื่องที่ 5 Fleabag เชียร์ให้ดูทั้ง 2 ซีซั่น ดีมากระดับเกรด A ขำแทบจะทุกนาที ตลกจริงให้ดิ้นตาย จังหวะปากพล่อยหรือจังหวะตลกไม่คาดคิดนี่ทำเอาตั้งตัวไม่ทันหลุดฮาหลายรอบมาก ไม่มีมุกเฉพาะกลุ่มหรือต้องปีนบันไดหัวเราะด้วยซ้ำ มันเล่นมุกง่าย ๆ จังหวะจะโคนแม่นยำก็ทำให้หัวเราะเป็นบ้าเป็นหลังแล้ว จุดสำคัญคือ Fleabag ไม่ได้มาเวย์ขายขำอย่างเดียว เนื้อเรื่องความเศร้าและความเจ็บปวด บวกกับการโหยหาการยอมรับตัวตนมันเป็นอะไรที่สัมผัสจับต้องได้ ชวนให้เห็นอกเห็นใจความผิดพลาดและความเป็นมนุษย์ธรรมดาของนางเอกมากทีเดียว และน่าจะเป็นซีรีส์ไม่กี่เรื่องที่พูดเรื่องใต้สะดือได้เป็นปกติธรรมชาติเสมือนหนึ่งในความต้องการของมนุษย์ได้ถูกเปิดเผยแบบไม่ต้องเหนียมอาย

เรื่องที่ 6 The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel ราเชล บรอสนาฮาน is the best เป็น MVP ของโชว์อย่างแท้จริง ทั้งสวย มีเสน่ห์ บุคลิกเล่นคุณหนูแต่งตัวหรูได้ เล่นมุกทะลึ่งแบบไม่หยาบโลนได้ ที่สำคัญคืออารมณ์ขันที่ลงตัวกับซีรีส์อย่างมาก เป็นซีรีส์คอเมดี้ที่ทั้งสนุกสนานและตลกแบบตัวละครมีความกวนตีนในแบบเฉพาะตัวแทบจะทุกคน

เรื่องที่ 7 มาแนวไซไฟอวกาศบ้าง The Expanse เดิมอยู่ใน Netflix แต่มาสร้างต่อบน Amazon Prime ซีซั่นแรกออกแนวสืบสวนฟิล์มนัวร์ผสมผจญภัยอวกาศ แต่พอซีซั่น 2 ก็เริ่มเป็นแนววิทยาศาสตร์ผสมการเมือง สนุกเชียร์ให้คอไซไฟลองดูกัน

เรื่องต่อมาแฟนคลับ ทอม ฮิดเดิลสตัน ต้องไม่พลาด The Night Manager สร้างจากงานเขียนของ จอห์น เลอ คาร์เร่ เจ้าพ่อแนวสายลับ ที่มีนิยายกลายเป็นหนังเทพอย่าง The Constant Gardener และ Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy เล่าเรื่องของอดีตทหารประจำหน่วยรบอิรัก ที่ผันตัวกลายมาเป็นผู้จัดการเวรกลางคืนในโรงแรมหรูกลางกรุงไคโร ต่อมาก็ต้องตีสนิทกับตัวร้ายที่เป็นอาชญากรข้ามชาติเพื่อล้างแค้นให้หญิงสาวที่เขาเคยผูกพัน

เรื่องที่ 9 เชียร์ The Purge แบบข้ามซีซั่นแรกไปซีซั่น 2 เลย ซีรีส์มันพุ่งเป้าไปที่ระบบและการฉ้อฉล เสียดสีรัฐบาลในโลกปัจจุบันที่ปกปิดความผิดพลาดของตัวเองได้ดี การชำระบาปเกิดขึ้นด้วยแนวคิดที่เชื่อว่า หากปล่อยให้อาชญากรรมถูกกฎหมายสักคืนนึง คนจะลดความเกลียดชัง/ความโกรธ/ความกลัว คนจะรู้สึกดีขึ้นจนทำให้อาชญากรรมลดลง แต่ซีรีส์นำเสนออีกด้านด้วยงานวิจัยว่าคืนชำระบาปกลับส่งผลเป็นเชื้อเพลิงกระตุ้นให้คนก่ออาชญากรรม เสพติดความรุนแรง อยากออกไปฆาตกรรมอีก และมีความเชื่อผิด ๆ แถมแนวคิดการให้คนเป็นพระเจ้าพิพากษาชีวิตคนอื่นยังเกิดผลเสียเลวร้ายต่อจิตใจระยะยาวด้วย ใครชอบคอนเซ็ปต์แบบ The Purge อยากลองให้ดูซีซั่น 2 กัน

เรื่องสุดท้ายเพิ่งดูเลยขอเชียร์ McMafia นักการเงินมือสะอาดเข้าวงการอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติจากการแหย่เท้าเข้ามาฟอกเงินให้นักการเมืองอิสราเอล จากที่ต้องการแค่ล้างแค้นให้อาตัวเองและปกป้องครอบครัว ต่อจากนั้นก็กลายเป็นซีรีส์คนตัวเล็ก ๆ หาพรรคพวกที่ต้องการล้มมาเฟียทรงอิทธิพลจากรัสเซีย ความเจ๋งอย่างแรกคือการนิยามตัวเอกว่าหน้าซื่อ ๆ ยิ้มใส ๆ รักษามารยาทแต่ในใจอาจจะกำลังด่าอยู่ เป็นตัวละครที่เป็นทั้งไม้อ่อนยอมคน และไม้แข็งไร้ความปราณี ไม่ได้เล่ห์เหลี่ยมจัดจ้าน แต่ฉลาดในงานตัวเอง ไม่คิดเหมือนกันว่าตัวเอกสไตล์นี้จะพาตัวเองไต่เต้าขึ้นมาในโลกมาเฟีย

· 110g milk
· 30g sugar
· 4g Yeast
· 250g high-gluten flour
· 3g salt
· 1 egg
· Knead for 8 minutes and then add 20g [Unsalted butter knead until smooth]
· Ferment for 1 hour
· Knead for 3 minutes
· Ferment for 30 minutes
· Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
❊ Cream cheese spread
· 200g cream cheese
· 30g sugar
· 50g butter
❊ Garlic Sauce
· 30g unsalted butter
· 50g garlic
· 30g condensed milk
· 1 egg
· 20g honey
· 5g Chopped green onions
· Bake at 160°C for 10 minutes
