เมื่อเช้านี้ (16.9/63 ฝ่ายตรวจสอบข้อมูลสภาพอากาศ เครือข่ายเพื่อนเตือนภัยจังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้ลองศึกษาข้อมูล ดูเส้นทางพายุลูกนี้ จะดู คล้าย คล้าย กับ พายุราอี + พายุโพดุล รวมกัน (หมายถึงเส้นทางเดินพายุ) เส้นทางจะคล้าย ราอี แต่ความแรงและเร็ว จะเหมือนโพดุล พายูจะอยู่ไม่นาน เนื่องจากความแรงทำให้พายุพัดผ่านไปไว แต่จะหอบน้ำเข้ามาเยอะ เนื่องจากศูนย์กลางพายุมีกำลังลมค่อนข้างสูง มีความละม้ายคล้ายคลึง กับเส้นทาง #พายุโนอึล ที่กำลังจะเข้าไทยในช่วงค่ำคืนของวันศุกร์ที่ (18/9/63) จะถึงนี้ ตอนนี้พายุโนอึล หลายสำนักพยากรณ์ใกล้เคียงกันว่า โนอึล (ชื่อพายุ เรียงตามแต่ละประเทศที่ตั้งมา ชื่อนี้หมายถึง เรืองแสง , ท้องฟ้าสีแดง ประเทศเกาหลีเหนือ เป็นผู้ส่งเข้าประกวด อยู่ในลำดับที่ 17 ของรายชื่อพายุหมุนเขตร้อน) อาจะพัฒนาเป็น #โซนร้อน หรือไม่ก็พัฒนาถึงขั้นเป็น #พายุไต้ฝุ่น

ซึ่งหากเทียบกันกับ #พายุโพดุล เมื่อปีที่แล้ว (วันที่ 30-31 สิงหาคม 2562) ที่ตอนแรกจะเข้าทาง จ.นครพนม แต่เชื่อไหมว่า โพดุล กลับมุดเข้าทาง จ.มุกดาหาร ทำให้ จ.ขอนแก่น (โดยเฉพาะ อ.บ้านไผ่ มีน้ำไหลหลากท่วมบ้านเรือนประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองบ้านไผ่) ได้รับผลกระทบมากซักหน่อย ทำให้มีสมาชิกหลายท่านตกใจว่า น้ำท่วม อ.บ้านไผ่ ได้อย่างไร (เพราะฝนตกสะสม) และเจ้าพายุโพดุลเองก็ไม่รุนแรงมาก แต่ก็ไปไวเหมือนกัน แต่รู้ไหมว่า โพดุล มันหอบน้ำเข้ามามาก ทำให้ฝนตก (สะสม) หนักมาก และ ทำให้ถนนหลายสาย มีน้ำท่วมเป็นวงกว้าง และถนนในท้องถิ่นขาด การสัญจรลำบากในบางพื้นที่ แถมยังมีน้ำครอบคลุมพื้นที่ รอการระบายหลายวัน ก็ต้องลุ้นละว่าจะเข้ามาทาง จ.นครพนม หรือ จ.มุกดาหาร

ตามแบบกราฟฟิก (ข้อมูลจาก สำนักงานอุตุนิยมวิทยา จ.สกลนคร) ที่ได้เอื้อเฟื้อข้อมูล จะพบว่าถ้าพายุนี้เคลื่อนตัวตามแบบจำลองที่ 2 ( #เส้นสีน้ำเงิน ของระบบพยากรณ์อากาศทั่วโลก อเมริกา) จะมีผลกระทบต่อ พื้นที่อำเภอตอนใต้ของ จ.ขอนแก่น

แต่ถ้าพายุนี้เคลื่อนตัวตามแบบจำลองที่ 1 ( #เส้นสีแดง ของศูนย์พยากรณ์อากาศระยะปานกลางแห่งยุโรป) จะมีผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่อำเภอตอนเหนือของ จ.ขอนแก่น ซึ่งจากการติดตามข้อมูล และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางของพายุ (กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา & กรมอุทกศาสตร์ กองทัพเรือ)

วันศุกร์ที่ 18 กันยายน 2563 ในช่วงเวลา บ่าย ถึง ค่ำ จะเริ่มมีฝนตกเป็นระยะ ระยะ ในระลอกแรก (ส่วนกรุยทาง) หลังจากเวลา 21.00 น. จะเริ่มมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง (ทัพหน้า) ไปจนถึงเที่ยงคืน

ล่วงเลยมาถึงวันเสาร์ที่ 19 กันยายน 2563 ตั้งแต่เวลา 01.00 - 07.00 น. จะมีฝนตกหนัก ถึง หนักมาก (ทัพหลวง) และหลังจากนั้นเวลา 07.00 - 18.00 น. ฝนตก เบา เบา เป็น ระยะ ระยะ (ทัพหลัง) ส่วนในช่วงค่ำ บางพื้นที่ฝนอาจจะเริ่มหยุดตก (แต่ก็ยังตกได้ เรื่อย เรื่อย เบาสบาย)

และในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 20 กันยายน 2563 สภาพอากาศจะเริ่มกลับสู่
สภาวะปกติ แต่ยังคงมีฝนตกตามฤดูกาล (เพราะฤดูนี้คือ ฤดูฝน ไม่ใช่หน้าฝน) ในช่วงบ่าย-ค่ำ จึงขอนำเรียนมาเพื่อทราบโดยทั่วกัน จริง จริง ครับ #คนส่งข่าวหล่อบอกต่อด้วย รายงาน

#Tracking the movement of Noble NOUL

This morning, (16.9/63 Weather Data Check, Khon Kaen Provincial Warning Network, we have tried to study the data. This storm's path will look similar to Rae xī Storm Storm (referring to the walking path). The path will look similar to Raja The strength and fast will be like Pomptu won't last long as the strength makes the storm fast. But it will bring plenty of water as the storm center is quite high. Recently, our DOTA 2 competition is hot. The whole team is full of old faces. The competition is getting more. Recently, the program that just finished is ESL THAILAND CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON 1, the champion is buriram united. I had a chance to talk to cty. I am the coach of the team. Let's share it for everyone to read.

Q: introduce yourself a short time

A: my name is Chris from Philippines aka cty. I have now coached buriram united for a while. I have coached other teams in sea zone.

Q: why does DOTA 2 team need coaches and what are the skills, talents of people to coach?

A: because DOTA 2 is a high focus game and focus, coach is like the third eye of the team. I will notice a few details in the game and plan the game for the team.

Being a coach is necessary for you to have the patience and discipline to control your team work. Whether it's good days or bad days. and for me, it's also important to create a positive atmosphere for the team at all the time. Care, understand team members. This is what I am Think it's my style that special is easy access that makes players reach and open minded with me.

Q: how is buriram united team prepared for each game, each tournament?

A: first of all, we will have a sit and talk after practice. That day, we will offer ideas, talk about what we missed, what we do better.

In my part, I will keep the record of each team watching our replay and replay of the opponent. Draft Hero for me is not easy because we have to put the team play style depending on the way of thinking of the opponent like we have to think ahead. Let's go first. One step.

A: for the msc team in the semifinals, I think we are a little lucky by his just had a mid player change and it seems to need time to adapt. Alpha Red, we have studied replay and find their weaknesses and played along our strengths.

And finally, I think it's the practice and hard work we've been doing all the time. It's been a long battle for me.

Q: what do you want to leave, including what do you want to leave for players or DOTA 2 teams who want to improve, including competing.

A: I strongly believe that attitude comes first. Come later. Act like a glass of water. Think positive. Create a team sharing atmosphere where everyone is relaxed, free to try and talk to exchange ideas.

Study the replay of pro a lot. Trust in yourself. Create the best attitude. Success will come. If you don't quit and try wrong, try right will definitely help you.

I couldn't have more good things to say about this country. I love living here and I have loved every moment of being here. It was a real struggle to try and condense this video down to just 10 things because there is so much about Malaysia that I would love to share.

But I WAS able to condense them so here are:
10 things to expect when you come to Malaysia.

1. THE TROPICAL WEATHER
I think it's safe to assume that Malaysia, being situated just shy of the equator, is very much a hot country. And not only that, its humid! Malaysian mornings are usually sunny, and the afternoons over-cast and rainy. I must say though, I prefer rainy season. Its so much more exciting.

2. UNIQUE CUISINE
Because Malaysia has such a mixing pot of different cultures and nationalities and such a rich heritage, the food that has emerged here is out of this world. Malaysia is actually KNOWN for its incredible food selection and I can definitely attest to that. There is a taste for every palette.

3. MULTI-LINGUAL
Malaysia has 4 main languages; Malay, English, Chinese and Tamil, and each of them are just as important as the other. Luckily, if you can speak English you are pretty much in the safe zone.

4. GREAT AFFORDABILITY
The first question that comes to mind when travelling is always... Do I have the money?! Well luckily for you, Malaysia happens to be a very affordable country. Food is very easy to come by and you can pay near to nothing for a very hearty meal. Clothing, (local brands) are abundant and so affordable. My only criticism is the sizes are a little smaller than what I'm used to. hehe.

5. TRANSPORTATION
Due to the way Malaysia has been built, its not very pedestrian friendly. So getting around by car is always the safest option. There is public transport, but its limited. And at the end of the day, taxis, ubers and Grabs are just so much more affordable.

6. RELIGION
Like language, there are 4 main religions in Malaysia. Those religions being: Islam, Buddhism, Christianity and Hinduism. But even with such a mix of religions, there is such a beautiful harmony among the people.

7. CHILLED BACK LIFESTYLE
I blame the weather for how calm and relaxed everyone is in this country. When you live with so much warmth and sunshine as you do here, I really can't blame anyone for taking things in their own time. And as much as it gets on my nerves at time, it just the Malaysian way and I wouldn't want to change it for the world.

8. MOSQUITOES
Having said that, with sunshine and warmth also come uninvited guests. Mosquitoes. Not much to say about it except... BE PREPARED!

9. GREENERY
One things that I commend Malaysia on for an exceptional job is how well they have incorporated nature and infrastructure. I love driving down the roads and seeing greenery with skyscrapers popping out here and there. It add such a lovely element to the city and gives it such a sense of life. Definitely something I hope to see more of in other cities around the world.


10. DIVERSE CULTURE
And lastly, the beautifully diverse culture there is in Malaysia. I know people from all walks of life. From every country in the world. And I've learnt so much about other people, religions, races, cultures, traditions and everything else that comes with diverse companionship.

Malaysia is truly a beautiful home and I am very proud to be able to call it that. :)

Nuggets get crucial win with playoff implications over Lakers

Allen Iverson knew there'd be days like this.

The Nuggets are just 27-27 since his trade from Philadelphia but that doesn't begin to tell the whole story, which includes an array of games without suspended superstar Carmelo Anthony and sharpshooter J.R. Smith and a whole mess of injuries that prevented any sort of cohesion until the last couple of weeks.

Now, the Nuggets are meshing just in time for the playoffs.

They beat the fading Los Angeles Lakers 115-111 on Monday night to stretch their winning streak to a season-best six straight games behind Carmelo Anthony's 33 points and Marcus Camby's 22 rebounds and seven blocks.

"This is probably the best time ever to get the chemistry down," Anthony said. "It couldn't come at a much better time for us."

These types of nights are beginning to make up for all those losses that A.I. endured when he first came to Colorado, fueling his critics' contention that two superstar scorers couldn't coexist for very long.

"I always felt good about my situation," Iverson said. "That was the whole big thing with me. I knew there was going to be one day when 'Melo came back and J.R. came back, and I knew that we'd be able to get into practice and get some offensive and defensive chemistry going.

"I felt I was in a better position than I was in Philadelphia, so I never lost hope or lost focus because I felt the day that we'd be playing good basketball would come," Iverson said. "I'm just happy that it's now that we're headed into the playoffs."

Anthony sealed the latest win with three free throws in the last 9 seconds and Camby cradled Kobe Bryant's errant desperation 3-pointer that would have tied it in the final seconds.

Iverson added 24 points for the Nuggets, who tightened their grip on the sixth spot in the West, moving 1 1/2 games ahead of the Lakers, who have lost six of their last eight.
"Anthony's playing extremely well, AI's playing extremely well," Bryant said. "The supporting cast is playing extremely well. They are very hot right now."

And the Lakers are very cold.

The Lakers (40-38) haven't beaten a team with a winning record since defeating Utah on Feb. 26. No other Phil Jackson-coached team has ever lost this many games in a season. They went 45-37 last year.

Even their superstar was mired in a funk Monday night.

Bryant scored 23 points, nine below his league-leading average, and missed 21 of his 30 shots. When his 3-pointer rattled out with 2.7 seconds left, Camby cradled the rebound -- his 22nd on this night and 42nd in his last two games against the Lakers -- and drew the foul.

He missed his first free throw but sank his second and Anthony swiped the long inbounds to seal Denver's win.

"He's a great rebounder," Iverson said. "He'll kill us if we get anywhere near a ball he can get his hands on. If he can get his hands on it and we touch that ball, we're going to hear about it. The ones that are long, we try to get those and the ones that are in the paint, we let Marcus get them."

Bryant made just 1-of-5 from the arc and although he made four of his five free throws, his one miss came with 1:01 left and the Lakers trailing by two.

With Denver ahead 111-109, Sasha Vujacic kicked the ball with 9.7 seconds remaining on the game clock and four on the shot clock, causing a reset and forcing the Lakers to foul Anthony, who missed one of two free throws, leaving Denver clinging to a three-point lead.

Anthony fouled Bryant with 8.3 seconds left before he could set up for a game-tying 3-pointer and Bryant sank both foul shots.

Anthony was fouled on the inbounds and also sank both of his shots, giving Denver a 114-111 lead with 7 seconds left. That's when Bryant's final 3-pointer rattled out.

The Lakers trailed 92-82 heading into the fourth quarter but stormed ahead 105-104 on Brian Cook's 3-pointer with 4:20 left, capping a 13-2 spurt that included a slam and a fadeaway by Bryant. The run was sparked by Los Angeles turning to a zone defense, which stopped Denver's penetration in the second half.

Bryant, the NBA's leading scorer after a super surge over the last six weeks, was ice cold in the first half, shooting just 4-of-12 for nine points. His first basket came with 2:59 left in the first quarter.
