It is easy, follow as:
1.Sliced the taro
2. Steam it in the automatic cooker.
3. To add sugar , milk(milk powder is ok) and olive oil in the streamed taro,
mix and mash it until smooth.
👉How to DIY Taro and pork floss with toast?
1. Spread mashed taro on toast.
(Pork floss is Taiwanese food which is not easy to get, if you don't have poer floss, you can mashedctaro with toast only which is sweet and delicious.)
2.Toast baked in the oven.

เผือกทอดสไตล์ติ่มซำ ตัวเนื้อเผือกบดหอมด้วยกลิ่นอบเชยอ่อนๆ สอดไส้หมูบดรสกลมกล่อม
-ไส้-
เนื้อหมูบด 200 กรัม
ซีอิ๊วขาว 20 กรัม
น้ำตาลทรายแดง 1 ช้อนชา
รากผักชี 5 กรัม
กระเทียม 10 กรัม
พริกไทยขาว 3 กรัม
แป้งข้าวโพด 1 ช้อนชา
-แป้ง-
เผือก 200 กรัม
เบกกิงโซดา ½ ช้อนชา
แป้งตั้งหมิ่น 55 กรัม + สำหรับคลุก
น้ำร้อน 55 มิลลิลิตร
น้ำมันรำข้าว 30 กรัม
เกลือ ปรุงรส
น้ำตาลทราย ½ ช้อนชา
อบเชย หยิบมือ
น้ำมันรำข้าว
1. ทำแป้งเผือก โดยนึ่งเผือกให้สุกนุ่ม บดให้ละเอียดในขณะที่ยังร้อนอยู่ พักไว้
2. ผสมแป้งกับเบกกิงโซดาให้เข้ากัน เทน้ำร้อนลงไป นวดให้เข้ากันดี พักให้เย็นลง
3. ผสมเผือกบด ส่วนผสมแป้ง น้ำมันรำข้าว เกลือ น้ำตาล และอบเชยให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน พักในตู้เย็น 10 นาที
4. ระหว่างพักแป้ง ทำไส้โดยโขลกรากผักชี กระเทียม และพริกไทย ใส่เครื่องที่โขลกลงไปผัดในกระทะให้หอมดี ใส่หมูบด ปรุงด้วยซีอิ๊วขาวและน้ำตาลทรายแดง ใส่น้ำผสมแป้งข้าวโพดลงไป เคล้าให้เข้ากัน พักให้เย็นลง
5. แบ่งส่วนผสมเผือกเป็นก้อน 40 กรัม คลึงให้บางลง ตักไส้ลงตรงกลาง ห่อให้มิดชิด คลุกแป้งตั้งหมิ่นเล็กน้อย
6. ตั้งน้ำมันสำหรับทอดที่ 160 องศาเซลเซียส ค่อยๆ นำเผือกลงทอดให้พอเหลืองกรอบ ตักขึ้นสะเด็ดน้ำมัน และเสิร์ฟ
A classic Cantonese dimsum which is favorited by many for a flavourful filling with light and crispy exterior.
-Filling-
Minced Pork 200 g
Light Soy Sauce 20 g
Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Coriander Roots 5 g
Garlic 10 g
White Pepper 3 g
Corn Starch 1 tsp
-Dough-
Taro 200 g
Baking Soda ½ ช้อนชา
Wheat Starch 55 g + for dusting
Boiling Water 55 ml
Rice Bran Oil 30 g
Salt to taste
Sugar ½ tsp
Cinnamon Powder pinch
Rice Bran Oil
1. Chop peeled taro into slices. Place into the steamer basket and steam over high heat until cooked; mash and set aside. Mix wheat starch and baking soda then add boiling water, knead and set aside.
2. Incorporate taro, dough, oil, salt, sugar and cinnamon and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. While resting the dough, pound coriander root, garlic and pepper then fry until fragrant before adding minced pork. Season with soy sauce and brown sugar. Before removing from the heat, add corn starch and water, heat until it achieves a slightly thick consistency.
4. Separate taro dough into small circular wraps approximately 40 grams each. Scoop some filling and forms into a dumpling shape, lightly dust with wheat starch.
5. Heat the oil to 160 C. Gently add the dough, fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil, strain away excess fat and serve.

Teochew cuisine (also pronounced as Chiu Chow/ Chao Zhou) is food from the Chaoshan region in China Guangdong province. Teochew cuisine is quite similar to Hokkien (or Fujian) cuisine because of the similarities of the cultures and even language of these dialect groups, even though Teochew cuisine is somewhat influenced by Cantonese cuisine in terms of style and technique used. Compared to Hokkien cuisine, Teochew food is usually prepared with the intention of bringing out the freshness of the ingredients used. Case in point would be steamed pomfret and their cold crabs.
Taro paste with gingko nuts is a traditional Teochew dessert that many Singaporean Chinese absolutely love - whether they are Teochew or not. We usually only get to enjoy this dish at wedding dinners or when we dine in some restaurants. For this dish, the yam and then mashed. Pumpkin is added for sweetness (I think also for the colour because yam looks so boring on its own :p) To give the dish extra fragrance, lard (super sinful!!!) or fried onion oil is added. Instead of sweetening this dessert dish with water chestnut syrup, Roland used brown sugar instead. Gingko nuts are a must for this dish because they add a very yummy texture difference to this dessert. Traditionally, I believe coconut cream wasn't added but in Singapore, our yam paste is usually laced with a lot of coconut cream so don't badger us, okay :). This was done according to what we have eaten in Singapore. By the way, although we call this yam paste -- this is not really a sweet potato paste because in Singapore, taro is widely known as yam - although I know that in the US, yam is widely known as sweet potato. Both sweet potato and taro are both roots, they are actually different types of plants. Oh by the way, I just read that in Polynesia, taro is enjoyed in somewhat similar way too. How awesome! If you have never tried this dessert before, perhaps you can try to make them and enjoy it with your family.

Ingredients:
Serves 5 - 6 pax
500g of taro - steam til soft then mash them w/ 50g of brown sugar
1 can of gingko nuts - boil in 200ml of water w/ 3 tbsps brown sugar
250ml of coconut milk (add 1/3 tsp of salt and bring it to a gentle boil)
150g of pumpkin (steam until soft & mash it up)
Note:
Use some cooking oil to fry the taro into a smooth dough. You can also use shallot oil or lard instead.
Once you have made the taro into a smooth dough, add coconut milk to make the dough into a smooth paste. Alternatively, you can just serve them separately and let your guests do it themselves.
