As you guys know from my Insta story yesterday, I just got my health check-up at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity with @nash_idrus. The whole experience was amazing, which I’ll share about it some other time.

一起白頭到老 Let’s grow old together! But first we need to be healthy in order to enjoy our golden years. Apart from maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I can’t stress enough the importance of annual health screening. We have been doing this every year since we started working, plus there is a rm500 income tax relief!

This year, we got it done at Sunway Medical Centre. We were impressed by the efficiency and flow of the whole health screening process - all the checks and examinations were done inside the wellness centre (no running up and down). We went in at 8am, enjoyed our breakfast at Starbucks using the complimentary refreshment voucher at 930am, collected our report together with doctor’s consultation at 10.30am and by 11am we were home!

Finally done my first full body checkup today! Everybody clap! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #dontjudge 🙈 @boon10 has been pestering me to get a full health screening done for the longest time, but I’ve always delayed it thinking it’ll be a long and complicated process, expensive and takes a lot of time, etc. but today I was proven wrong! My full health screening with SunMed Wellness Center took less than an hour in total, got my comprehensive results within 3-4 hours, and it wasn’t as costly as I had thought (swipe left to see my health screening breakdown and fee). And good news to me, my screening results were all clear which is such a relief for me! 😭
