Lets start our week with this awesome Tableside Grill your own BBQ at Al Fresco, Magellan Sutera Harbour Resort. Had to move our seats to indoor near Five Sails due to the strong wind (safety first ya). The staffs were moving the portable grill few times because of this.

覺得做草莓奶酪剛剛好便做了一次
酸酸甜甜又滑順的口感,我們好喜歡!

【딸기 판나코타】
준비물[약 250ml 유리컵 1개 분량] ▸
우유(100g), 생크림(125g), 설탕(25g), 판젤라틴(1.5장, 약 3g), 바닐라오일(2방울)
딸기 콩포트 ▸ 작은 딸기(3개), 설탕(12.5g), 물(2ml), 레몬즙(4ml)
milk(100g), fresh cream(125g), sugar(25g), gelatin sheet(1.5sheets, about 3g), vanilla oil(2drops)
strawberry compote ▸ small strawberry(3ea), sugar(12.5g), water(2ml), lemon juice(4ml)
조리순서 ▸
① 찬물에 판젤라틴 넣어 불려주기
② 우유, 생크림, 설탕 넣고 살짝 끓여준 후
③ 불린 판젤라틴과 바닐라오일 2방울 넣고 70-80도정도까지만 끓여주기
④ 한김 식힌 후 용기에 담아 4시간 이상 냉장하기
⑤ 딸기를 잘 씻어 잘게 썰어준 후 설탕과 함께 냄비에 넣고 끓여주기
⑥ 물과 레몬즙을 살짝 넣어주기
⑦ 냉장실에 있던 판나코타를 꺼내 위에 딸기 콩포트와 생딸기를 올려주기
식재료 비용 ▸ 총 1,000원이하
材料[份量約一個 250ml玻璃杯] ▸
牛奶(100g)、鮮奶油(125g)、糖(25g)、吉利丁片(1.5片、約3g)、香草油(2滴)
糖煮草莓 ▸ 草莓(3小顆)、糖(12.5g)、水(2ml)、檸檬汁(4ml)
料理順序 ▸
① 將吉利丁片放進冷水中泡軟
② 放入牛奶、鮮奶油、糖稍微煮一下
③ 放入泡軟的吉利丁片和2滴香草油,煮到70-80度就好
④ 稍微冷卻後,倒入容器冷藏4小時以上
⑤ 洗淨草莓後切碎後,與糖一同倒入鍋子煮
⑥ 倒入一點水和檸檬汁
⑦ 拿出冷藏室裡的奶酪,上面淋上糖煮草莓及新鮮草莓
食材費用 ▸ 一共1,000韓元以下(約台幣25元)

Chè khúc bạch thì là món ăn hấp dẫn khỏi phải bàn. Bạn nào khó kiếm gelatin thì vẫn có thể làm được dùng thạch rau câu nhé.
Bước 1: Làm thạch kem sữa
Công thức thạch kem sữa từ gelatin:
- 200ml kem tươi – 1/2+1/3 cup whipping cream
- 200ml sữa tươi không đường – 1/2+1/3 cup milk
- 45g đường – 3 tbsp sugar
- 12-14g gelatin (khoảng 5-6 lá mỗi lá 2.5g hoặc 4-5 thìa cà phê bột gelatin)
Để pha thêm hương vị thì mình pha bột với nước hoặc dùng siro thêm vào, liều lượng không quá 15ml chất lỏng. Ví dụ như công thức thạch trà xanh:
- 3g bột trà xanh – 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 15ml nước nóng – 1 tbsp hot water
- 200ml kem tươi – 1/2+1/3 cup whipping cream
- 200ml sữa tươi không đường – 1/2+1/3 cup milk
- 45g đường – 3 tbsp sugar
- 12-14g gelatin (khoảng 5-6 lá mỗi lá 2.5g hoặc 4-5 thìa cà phê bột gelatin)
Công thức thạch kem sữa từ bột rau câu:
4g bột rau câu – 2 tsp agar agar powder (hoặc ít hoặc nhiều hơn tùy vào loại bột rau câu)
60g đường – 4 tbsp sugar
180ml nước – ¾ cup water
120ml sữa tươi không đường – ½ cup milk
240ml kem tươi – 1 cup whipping cream
Để pha thêm hương vị thì với mỗi 1/2 công thức mình dùng thêm 10-15ml chất lỏng.
Bước 2: Làm phần nước chan
- 2 lít nước – 8+1/3 cups water
- 150g đường phèn – 150g lump sugar
- 200g nước ngâm vải (có thể thay thế bằng đường) – 200g syrup in a lychee can
- 3-4 cái lá dứa – 3-4 pandan leaves
Bước 3: Rang hạnh nhân lát
Bước 4: Hoàn thành món với thạch kem sữa thái miếng, nước chan, vải và hạnh nhân lát.

今回は春にオススメの「いちごのパンナコッタ」の作り方をご紹介していきます。
冷やすだけで簡単に出来るレシピなので、ご自宅でもぜひ作ってみてください。
【レシピ】
・生クリーム 150g
・牛乳 150g
・グラニュー糖 40g
・粉ゼラチン 5g
・イチゴソース 50g
・レモン汁 少し
・コンデンスミルク 少し
【作り方】
1.ゼラチンを水大2(分量外)でふやかす
2.生クリーム、牛乳、グラニュー糖を鍋に入れてふつふつしてきたらゼラチンを入れて溶けたら火を止める
3.型に流して冷蔵庫で一晩冷やす
4.イチゴソースにレモン汁とコンデンスミルクを入れて混ぜる
5.冷え固まったパンナコッタにソースをかけて完成
※ゼラチンは水でふやかした方がダマになりにくい
※レモン汁は入れすぎると、イチゴが負けてしまうので少なめに
