I love taking Layla outdoors, to see the trees, animals, new faces, make new friends, crawl on the grass, sit on the swing, breath in fresh air and just chill at the park.

We do it so often that I'm getting really good at preparing and packing food and snacks for her! Her favourite breakfast is mashed banana with Gerber Singapore]'s millet and quinoa oatmeal with dessicated coconut and walnut powder, or salmon porridge. For snacks, it'll never go wrong with an assortment box of Gerber Singapore]'s arrowroot biscuit, fig puffs and strawberry yogurt melt! And in another box will be blueberries. I'm not the kind of person that can eat the same thing all the time, i love varieties! Which is exactly how i pack for Layla too!

I make sure to always pack food or snacks that are made with no artificial flavours or sweeteners and are full of vitamins and minerals!

呢間位於白石角海濱長廊小食亭嘅cafe可遇不可求，淨係星期六日同公眾假期先開，所以即使小編讀左中大咁多年，又成日踩經呢條路，今日先終於第一次試到嗚呀🥺strawberry banana smoothie好新鮮，即叫即shake，味道natural又唔會太甜，健康又解渴，另外iced latte都好滑好好飲，係咁熱嘅天氣飲，特別透心涼😋😋

【金鐘‧忙碌中的一點閒】VIDA COFFEE & TEA 等一個人的咖啡店

每次去金鐘，如果遇著要HEA的時間，大多數去M字頭快餐店坐住等，但最近有一個新地標可以飲下靚咖啡，兼且打打卡－－位於力寶中心平台位置的 VIDA COFFEE & TEA ！如果你飲開咖啡都會對佢有印象，因為它在銅鑼灣時代廣場都有分店。

藍白調子的VIDA COFFEE & TEA，一入門口就是打卡位，不過別忘了咖啡／茶／蛋糕才是主角！

今次新店以COFFEE & TEA為名，特別調配一系列以生果配合不同的咖啡或茶的「無酒精雞尾咖啡」系列。特別邀請到著名雞調配專家Alex Ko調配一系列以生果配合不同的咖啡或茶的「無酒精雞尾咖啡」系列。包括：Applewood Soda ($52) 、Masala Cocoa($68)、Strawberry Swing($72)及Yuzu Tonic($50)

另外，亦有破格的，由著名酒吧 The Old Man 調配了三款玻璃瓶特色飲品。Cha Chann Teng($78) 、Crystal Jade($78) 及Coffeelati($78)， 方便上班族可隨身帶著，隨時想喝就喝。（唔覺意同我對襪襯咗色添～）

飲得咖啡，自然口痕痕想食件蛋糕，店內提供自家製戚風蛋糕（每款$60），當日一口氣試齊以下幾款：Dark Chocolate Rasberry with Berry Puree、Classic Pistachio with Pistachio Mousse、Royal Earl Grey with Lemon Curd & Yuzu、Matcha Red Bean with Matcha Red Bean Mousse和Japanese Black Sesame with Red Bean & Black Sesame Mousse，甜而不膩，開心又滿足。

芭樂媽今天跟小元寶一起玩閃卡，小元寶一面看芭樂媽閃閃卡，

一面聽，還會一面笑喔，可見得真的有在認真聽與看，

真的有在刺激到他的腦部神經發展喔。

提到閃卡就會想到，長得很像肯德基爺爺的這一位格連杜曼博士，

他是畢業於1940年心理治療學位，格連杜曼認為在五歲以下的孩童，

他們的精力非常的旺盛，好奇心也強，求知慾也強，

所以透過快速閃示的閱讀方式，可以讓他們很快地吸收，

而且越小讀，可以越容易也越快速的吸收喔。

他們的經驗是難以忘記的，非常的深刻。

格連杜曼博士是兒童大腦開發的先驅，

1955年於費城創立「人類潛能開發研究所」，

發明了世界首屈一指的對於健康兒童至關重要的大腦發育成長理論和訓練方法。
