如標題，SOA將於2018年7月1日全面更改科目，大部分的既有考試都會被影響，
但若考量大部分舊制科目可以轉移到新制科目，考生們需要多考的僅有
Predictive Analytics Exam(PAE)；此外，本次變更除了對ASA候選人有影響外，
同時也影響到已成為ASA但尚未FSA的考生，下文會再做整理。
另本文僅就新舊考科銜接、對尚未成為ASA或者已成為ASA所造成的影響作整理；
其他問題如：各考科之設計精神、已成為CERA但尚未成為FSA並未描述，版友可從SOA
網頁自行閱讀相關資訊，謝謝。
1. 實行時間
據SOA公告，新制將於2018年7月1日全面實施，在當日之對應考科移轉成新制的科目；
在此時間之前若未成為ASA者，將須滿足新制條件才能成為ASA，舊制科目承認時點以應試
時間為主，譬如有考生在2018年6月考完了最後一科考試，但因SOA作業時間的關係，
於7月1日成績單上仍顯示尚未完成ASA條件，待其成績出爐後，SOA會回頭承認其ASA資格。
2. 新制考科 及 其對應舊制科目
本次影響所及主要在VEEs及Prelim. Exams，未來採用新制條件之考生將須取得
3 VEEs、7 Exams、FAP、APC
方能取得ASA資格，以下整理新制考科名稱及其對應科目

考生們可以注意到大部分舊制科目都可移轉至新制科目，但PAE是個全新的考科，
而其具體該怎麼考SOA尚未決定，但推測應會類似於FAP IA/FA的方式，線上派作業給你，
寫好之後回傳；另可注意到SRM Exam其實是從VEE App. Stat. 拉出來考的科目，
由此可知SOA未來可能會更加著重統計於精算領域之應用，更還在學的考生們參考。
另本次變更中，FM及MFE將會提早於2017年實施，具體內容可參考鄙於數日前發的相關
文章。
2. 對既有考生及已成為ASA之影響
本次變更除了對以ASA為目標的考生有影響外，對已成為ASA但尚未成為FSA的朋友也需
留意，SOA有提及，對於舊制ASA們，若於2022年7月1日前尚未取得FSA資格的話，除了
須滿足Fellow Track的條件外，亦須回頭取得PAE之credit才能取得FSA資格。
3. 雜談
其實從今年年初SOA就已經放出相關消息出來了，在AO上討論得沸沸揚揚，鄙也一直有在
追蹤相關討論，但原一直以為只是「鄉野傳奇」般看待，在SOA公告變更FM及MFE之後才意
識到SOA是玩真的。本來有想先在板上分享相關訊息，但沒想到想著想著SOA就公告了。
