1. As an e-commerce specialist, you will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans and take charge of daily online platform operations. Responsible for all online product content organization and site merchandising activities.
2. Monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance. Track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data (including accounting data), and use your findings to improve your strategies.
3. Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
4. In charge of online customer service.
5. Work with sales, marketing, operations, and other relevant departments.

🔍 Requirements
1. Minimum of 1+ year experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business.
2. Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
4. Analytical and multitasking skills.
