We are now near to the end of Esports Academy Season 1. I'm glad to be able to share my knowledge with aspiring Dota 2 players and at the same time provide extra aid to the homeless together.
The last part of Season 1 is friendly match where participants get to play with each other. Together with HusKKiee, we will be hosting the Final match tomorrow, Saturday, 25 Sept 2021 @ Facebook. This will be my first experience as assistant caster.

●ズッキーニ：2本（お好みの夏野菜、お肉でもOK）
●お好みのとろけるチーズ：お好み量
［やみつき黄金ソース］
●マヨネーズ：大さじ3
●卵黄：2個（白身はスープの具材やお菓子作りとかに使ってね）
●粒マスタード：大さじ1
●白味噌：小さじ2（普通の味噌を使う場合は、味噌小さじ1と砂糖小さじ1で代用してね）
●醤油：適量
お好みでニンニク少々入れてもすっごく美味しいよ♪
※ズッキーニの最初の火入れはお好みで！僕たちは少し食感を残したいので短めにしてますが、すっごくトロトロにしたい場合は焼き目がつくまでしてあげて下さい。

『ズッキーニのやみつき黄金チーズ焼き』を作りました。
マヨネーズと卵黄が合わさった濃厚ソースに粒マスタードのほのかな酸味と香り、
味噌のコクと風味が絶妙にマッチして最高にやみつきソースになってます。
とにかくこの『やみつき黄金ソース』が恐ろしく最高に旨いんですが
これさえ覚えておけば、お好みの野菜、肉、魚の上に乗せて焼くだけで
お店で出てくるような素材を活かした最高に美味しい逸品料理が
簡単に出来ちゃう優れものなんです( *´艸｀)
しかも『やみつき黄金ソース』を乗せてトースターやオーブンで焼くだけなので
夏の暑い時期でも涼しい顔して作れちゃいますよ♪
是非、今夜のお酒のお供に作って、最高の晩酌しちゃって下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Zucchini: 2 (or any summer vegetable or meat you like)
● Melted cheese of your choice: as much as you like
[Golden sauce]
● Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
● Egg yolks: 2 (use the whites for soup ingredients or baking)
● Mustard: 1 tablespoon
● White miso paste : 2 teaspoons (If you use regular miso, substitute
1 teaspoon miso and 1 teaspoon sugar)
● Soy sauce: appropriate amount
You can add a little garlic if you like ♪
※ The initial cooking of the zucchini is up to you! If you want them
to be very tender, cook them until they start to brown.

●卵：8個
●油揚げ：4枚
●チーズ
●あごだし（4倍濃縮）：小さじ1/2~1（めんつゆ、白だしでもOK）
●米油（普通の油でもOK）
※3分で超半熟、4分で半熟、5分で少し半熟くらいです。
※お好みで七味唐辛子
※味付けを塩コショウ少々にして
醤油3：みりん：お酒2：砂糖1を合わせて
軽く煮詰めたタレをかけても美味しいよ♪

今回は驚くほど超簡単なレシピ！
『とろける巾着たまごチーズ』を作りました。
調味料は何とたったの一つ！！
でも味は超ばっちし決まってます！！
裏返しにした油揚げのカリカリ感と
中から溢れ出るとろけるチーズ、半熟卵との相性抜群！！
とても低糖質とは思えない食べ応えでめちゃくちゃ旨いです♪
僕たちのレシピの中では一番と言えるくらい簡単な料理ですが
そう思えないくらい驚くほど旨いです！！
是非作ってみて下さい。
[Ingredients]
● 8 eggs
● 4 bean curd
● Cheese
● Fish stock (4 times concentrated): 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (noodles soup
or white soup stock can be used)
● Rice oil (regular oil is also fine)
※ It should be super-half-boiled at 3 minutes, half-boiled at 4
minutes, and slightly half-boiled at 5 minutes.
※ Shichimi pepper to taste.
※ Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
You can serve it with a lightly boiled down sauce combining 3 soy
sauce : 3 mirin : 2 sake : and 1 sugar
