I came to them having dreamt up the syllabus for my ideal course on squatting. Just like every movement, it’s something I obsess over, but it’s the one which I see the most commonly done, or even coached, poorly... and there can be serious repercussions to this 😓

We named it Squat Science as one of the biggest issues I have with the industry is not enough people view it as the combination of biology and fitness that it is 🔬 and instead just think of it as “health and fitness”.

感謝神讓我再次踏上競賽的旅途
雖沒有被賦予百分百完美落地
而面前奧運門檻亦提高甚多 (腳短的我很有難度😆 開玩笑)
也許這就是奧運會的魅力與黑洞
追求非凡卓越之地
遇強越強 豈容懶豬進場
經歷女士身體問題、小產、順產、日夜巔倒湊B、再到腳傷突發持久連綿
不少公司贊助商放棄選擇自己,認為奧運田徑改制難達標,我又經常有腳傷,當然沒有明星相的我又不能怪人🙈
朋友們關心勸我錫身、返回工作、望囡成下一個自己,何必再操勞練習
(錫身照做/運動員都是工作/兒女天生天養最好)

GCM 2019 is a very important race for me but not the last one.
Small potato like me surely have to take more than one marathon before qualifying Tokyo Olympic.
Hopefully it’ll not be many.
P.s:
A church sits opposite to my hotel lobby. Assembly could be done on Sat.
A train station stands right beside my hotel entrance. Travel with peace, no lost, no hurry & no missing time.
Wind, rain and sun greets gently on race day this morning. Everything gets ready to make a good time.

I just want to run pain-free and it's been hard trying to manage injury. Thankfully, I've managed to contain the pain and I've started running again (shorter distances, slower pace though). One thing that really helped my plantar fasciitis is shockwave therapy, that I've been doing at Forte Physio. I've been doing it weekly, coupled with ultrasound therapy.
