We had to ask the maestro of street portraiture, Tum, aka @Rockkhound who was visiting Hong Kong from Bangkok for some tips on capturing moments with people. But before that, we first went to Man Mo Temple to talk about his freelance journey and took him to our favourite modern dai pai dong to stuff him silly before going out to shoot.
