A great long ride this morning with legendary Team Wayang 🎬
Thanks @nigellims for inviting me to join this ride. A 115km Course (Ara - Dragonback - Fruit Valley - Kundang - Denai Alam - Ara) with an elevation gain of about 700m.
Woke up at 4.30am this morning. Get everything sorted out (2 half-boiled eggs, banana, Mitoceps @mitocepsmalaysia ) and then rode there from Eco City here at 5.10am. Clocked 18km and reached there before 6am.
Decided to cycle around the area as the meeting time is 6.15am. Roll out at 6.30am. Ended up with a 26km warm up ride in total before the main course.
First time ride using the dragonback route, and it consists of a few rolling hills! It was challenging but I love it. See the hills, and charge through it. This time I rode it with cleat shoe, and that pedal pulling motion help damn a lot!
Had breakfast (wantan mee with curry chicken and bread toast and cham) at Taman Sulu Sulaiman at 9.40am (55km point: 60km left).
Overall the route is quite good, although there were quite a number of potholes but rideable. Saw a lot a lot of cyclist riding here and there too! The Cyclists population are really huge now!
We had some group photos throughout the journey and the best one at a fruit juice stall near the tasik biru. Had guava fruit and mango juice when there were 30km to go!
Refuel and head back! The view of heading back at Bandar Saujana are so beautiful (development stage). Wide roads, not many car, got to see the rainbow bridge as well where lots of people took photo there).
The last stretch after passing by the subang airport is where the final war begin! Thanks for the spark, the push, the fight, the chase, the encouragements, the cheers of giving your best by the teammates when you overtook them. Love it. Surge the last stretch and happy to clock an average of 38.1kph!
Happy to be back in one piece, without falling from the bike on cleat shoes. Glad to meet so many new friends as well!
It was a really great to ride in a group and glad that I am able to follow them throughout the ride, and thanks for "Kasi chance".
Thanks to Sham and Danny for sending me home after the long ride.

=================================
--------------------------------------------------
1) Put on hold
<例文>
Put it on hold for now.
We decided to put the project on hold until next month.
Can I put you on hold for a moment?
--------------------------------------------------
2) Push back
<例文>
Can we push back our dinner appointment to 8 p.m.
The meeting was pushed back from Wednesday to Friday.
The deadline was pushed back to next week.
--------------------------------------------------
3) Put off
✔「~を後回しする」と言う場合は「Put _____ off / Put off _____」
<例文>
I'm going to put the homework off until tomorrow.
Don't put it off. Do it now!
I've been putting off this task for a long time.
--------------------------------------------------
4) Postpone
<例文>
Let's postpone the meeting to Thursday.
The launch date was postponed to April 10th.
Our manager postponed the due date to next month.

Allen Iverson scored 10 points in a decisive fourth-quarter run
and Jim Jackson hit six free throws in the final 36 seconds as
the Philadelphia 76ers completed their first season-series sweep
of the Los Angeles Lakers in 15 years with a 113-107 victory.
Iverson matched the 31 points he had in Philadelphia's 105-98
victory over the Lakers on November 28th and added 11 assists.
After he gave the 76ers a 98-97 lead with 3:02 left on a
fast-break layup, Shaquille O'Neal put Los Angeles ahead,
101-100. But Iverson followed with five straight free throws
before Jackson sank six in a row from the line to ensure
Philadelphia's first sweep of the Lakers since the 1982-83
season.
"We played a solid game but the most important thing is that we
kept our poise in the end," Iverson said. "Even though we got
down, everybody executed and we felt we still had a legitimate
shot at winning the game."
Jackson and Theo Ratliff had season highs with 28 and 20 points,
respectively. Ratliff was also a defensive force inside,
collecting eight of the 76ers nine blocks.
"It's one of the best wins I've been around," said Philadelphia
coach Larry Brown. "We didn't have Timmy (Thomas) and we got
into so much foul trouble with Jimmy Jackson and Mark Davis it
was a miracle. Allen was phenomenal, Jimmy played great,
everybody played great."
Thomas was not at the arena due to a death in the family.
O'Neal, who missed the earlier meeting between the teams, had 26
points off the bench. Reserve Kobe Bryant added 20 and Rick Fox
had 16. Fox fed O'Neal for an alley-oop that gave the Lakers
their last lead with 1:48 to go.
Ratliff and Jackson scored eight points apiece as the Sixers
grabbed a 33-25 lead after one period. Jackson hit 11-of-11
from the line and added eight assists and three steals for
Philadelphia, which made 46 percent (38-of-83) from the field
and 35-of-39 (90 percent) from the foul line while improving to
3-3 on its seven-game road trip.
The 76ers started the second period with a 14-8 run to build a
46-33 cushion. The Lakers answered with a 9-3 burst and pulled
within 57-52 at the break. Robert Horry scored nine of his 11
points in the first half for Los Angeles, who only outrebounded
the Sixers by three (49-46) despite O'Neal's 16 boards.
"You can tell from the tip-off, guards taking ill-advised
jumpers," observed O'Neal. "When you are 2-of-16 (actually
3-of-17) from three-point range that's means your shot ain't
falling. It means you have to bring people down and get to the
hole. I don't think that we came in prepared."
Los Angeles made a push late in the third quarter, cutting the
deficit to 78-75 in the final minute, but Philadelphia mustered
a 6-2 run to close the period ahead, 84-77.
Fox led the Lakers back in the fourth quarter, scoring eight
points in a 12-2 run that gave Los Angeles a 89-86 lead after
his follow-shot and two free throws. The Lakers built their
advantage to 97-90 on three dunks by O'Neal and a bucket by
Elden Campbell with 4:35 left.
But Iverson, who up to that point was defended ably by Nick Van
Exel, began to break down the defense. With 4:01 left, he
drained a three-pointer to ignite the Sixers. Jackson followed
with a three-point play to slice the margin to 97-96 with 3:22
to go.

Allen Iverson was healthy enough to dazzle the Sacramento Kings and push the Philadelphia 76ers to the top of the NBA.
Iverson scored 46 points with a whirling array of beautiful shots, and Aaron McKie, who had a triple-double, hit a 3-pointer to break a tie with 39 seconds left in overtime as the 76ers earned the NBA's best record with a 107-104 victory over the Kings on Saturday.
The game matched the teams with the NBA's best records entering January, but the 76ers (21-8) jumped ahead early with a blistering first quarter and never trailed the Kings (20-8) despite several nip-and-tuck minutes in regulation and a tense overtime.
Iverson, who also had nine rebounds and nine assists, drove the lane and passed to McKie in the corner for the go-ahead shot. Sacramento couldn't score on its last two possessions, and Jon Barry's 3-pointer with a second left was short.
With Iverson's artistry and a dominant rebounding performance, the Sixers won their NBA-best 14th road game and snapped Sacramento's nine-game home winning streak. McKie had 19 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds in Philadelphia's first win at Arco Arena in 11 years.
Iverson missed a game last week with a dislocated right shoulder and also is nursing a left hip pointer and a sore right elbow. But the 1999 NBA scoring champion used the nationally televised meeting of the NBA's conference leaders to show he's healthy and ready to make the Sixers better than they've ever been in his career.
Peja Stojakovic scored a career-high 33 points for the Kings, and he hit four straight free throws in overtime which tied it at 104 with 54 seconds left. Sacramento is 13-2 at home, with both losses coming in overtime.
Chris Webber, fighting a case of stomach flu, had 29 points and 10 rebounds but missed a potential game-winning jumper with five seconds left in regulation.
After trailing the entire game, the Kings outscored the Sixers 32-15 in the fourth quarter thanks to 11 points by Stojakovic _ including three straight 3-pointers _ and Bobby Jackson's solid defense on Iverson.
Sacramento pulled within one with five minutes to play and tied it at 96 on Webber's driving layup with 2:01 left. It was tied at 98 when Webber missed a jumper with five seconds left, and Jackson's tip attempt missed by an inch.
Philadelphia got the last shot of regulation, but Iverson's 17-footer was off.
The Sixers opened the game in an offensive groove, hitting 14 of their first 20 shots and steadily opening an 18-point lead in the first quarter. Sacramento chipped back in the next two quarters, but they never pulled within striking distance of the lead until the final minutes. Notes:@ McKie and Philadelphia coach Larry Brown received technical fouls late in the first half for protesting a foul call on McKie. Brown nearly came to half-court to scream at referee Jason Phillips. ... The Sixers also were irked that a backcourt violation wasn't called on Jackson with 24 seconds left in regulation. The referees said Jackson didn't have possession of the inbounds pass before he fumbled it into the backcourt. ... The 76ers hadn't won at Arco Arena since March 1, 1989, when Charles Barkley had a triple-double.
