This batch is customized breast milk soap, you may use cow's milk, goat's milk, soymilk, coconut milk or simply distilled water to replace the breast milk in the recipe.

【配方Recipe】
甜杏仁油 Sweet Almond Oil: 200g
橄欖油 Olive Oil: 300g
椰子油 Coconut Oil: 200g
棕櫚油 RSPO - Palm Oil: 200g
乳油木果脂 Shea Butter: 100g
99%氫氧化鈉 Sodium Hydroxide: 145g
母乳冰 Frozen Milk: 290g
超脂橄欖油 Superfat Olive Oil: 30ml
香草檀香香精: Vanilla Sandalwood fragrance Oil: 15ml
雪松精油: Cedarwood Essential Oil: 15ml
二氧化鈦 Titanium Dioxide: 適量/moderate
皂用色液 Colorants: 適量/moderate

模具 mold：
高長型 rectangle enamel box： 20cmX16cm，高(H) 80cm （富士琺瑯Moz系列DL尺寸）
方形 square enamel box：約18cmX18cm (琺瑯1.8L尺寸)

材料配方 Ingredients
麵團 dough
高筋麵粉 bread flour 500g
雞蛋 egg 40g
水 water 280g
砂糖 sugar 45g
速發酵母 instant yeast 5g
鹽巴 salt 5g
奶油(黃油) butter 45g

卡士達醬 custard
低筋麵粉 cake flour 20g
砂糖 sugar 40g
鮮奶 milk 160g
蛋黃 yolk 2
香草精 vanilla extract 少量 a little
奶油(黃油) butter 20g

1.麵包機：除了奶油以外，所有麵團材料放入麵包機，使用『快速麵團』或是『麵包麵糰』，奶油於5-8分鐘後投入。
之後麵包機會自動完成揉麵，與一次發酵約60分鐘

2.取出麵團，先分割成2等份。其中一個麵團分割成六等分。 另一個分割成9個麵團。排氣滾圓，休息10分鐘

3.將麵團再次滾圓，放入已經鋪好烘焙紙的模具中。

4.於溫度35-40度左右室溫，發酵50-60分鐘。

5.大波預熱190度＋一顆蒸汽，趁預熱時候，麵團表面塗上蛋液。

6.將卡士達醬從冰箱取出，再次攪拌均勻，放入擠花嘴裡面，剪一個洞，擠在麵團跟麵團中央，之後入烤箱。

7.大波190度，烘烤約13分鐘，之後降溫180度再另外烘烤7-8分鐘。 其他烤箱要自己斟酌。
總共約20-22分鐘左右。

卡士達醬做法
1.牛奶一起放到鍋裡加熱，煮至鍋邊起泡。
2.取另一個鋼盆，將蛋黃、砂糖,香草精與過篩的低筋麵粉放入鋼盆攪拌均勻。
3.將加熱過牛奶約一半倒入鋼盆，攪拌均勻。
4.之後再倒回湯鍋內，用小火一邊攪拌、一邊加熱。
5.加熱到稍微黏稠時即熄關火，倒入另一個裝奶油的鍋中，放入奶油迅速攪拌均勻。
6.用保鮮膜伏貼覆蓋住，放涼後，就可以放進冰箱冷藏備用。
