每年英國夏天都會舉辦許多音樂節，包含各種音樂風格類型，尤其是不能錯過全世界最大規模的古典音樂節 BBC Proms 逍遙音樂節。

本次講座將分享各種主題的夏日音樂藝術節，包含古典音樂、當代流行音樂、中南美洲音樂嘉年華、歌劇音樂劇，以及期間限定戶外劇場藝術節，還有蘇格蘭愛丁堡藝術節活動介紹，歡迎一起來感受英國夏日音樂活動。

大賽獲獎，一個年輕演奏者的里程碑，大賽之後，演奏生涯與藝術家身分才剛開始。

「那時希望盡快拿到最大的經紀合約，跟最好的樂團、最大的廳，是從外在的東西去尋找。從外在找的時候，它會影響到你的藝術，你的想法就不是在音樂上；如果是尋找藝術的話，你會一直往裡頭去找，當往裡頭找，它就無限量。」

「從小就很喜歡計畫，策畫東西，那時我寫了十個program，想像這十套program在一年內要怎麼做」

「我只收六個學生，也就是受Babayan影響，他的班很難進，一個出去一個才進得來，而且他不喜歡人家叫他professor, because he is a pianist」

「要培養一個學生，必須花很大量的時間，每一個學生有他自己的個性，需要花時間去了解他需要什麼。18-22歲四年可以做so much，研究所兩年一下就過去了，當他們來時有各式各樣的問題，但卻要在兩年內要解決他的問題，還要解決他接下來要做什麼」

【科譜小學堂：音樂節】
一般來說，音樂節分兩種，一種是單純每天充滿各種形式的音樂會，通常充滿當代一線音樂家去演出，像是有名的BBC Proms（逍遙音樂節，倫敦）、Verbier Festival（瑞士）、萊比錫巴哈音樂節Bachfest Leipzig等；另一種是鼓勵學生去參加的，屬於音樂營的形式，內容涵蓋個別課、大師班、室內樂、大師音樂會、學生音樂會。
