#登山雯 一個月成功挑戰兩次百岳野營⛺️
現在已經能習慣在高山營地呼呼大睡了😴~哈
入秋之際🍁高山溫差動輒十度以上🌲
無論保暖衣物夠不夠🧣睡袋都是我的終極護身
挑選時直接從舒適低溫-10度高山睡袋開始選起 因為我真的太怕冷了🥶~挑一個最保暖的最安心! 為了找到最適合自己的高山睡袋 做不少功課呢~

📝睡袋材質:羽絨>化學纖維
羽絨輕/保暖度高/壓縮性好/保養費心/高價
化學纖維/保暖度低/壓縮性差/保養容易/平價
我的首要條件:暖上加暖 最好暖到心坎裡🥰
因此直接刪去化學纖維 從羽絨睡袋開始挑起

📝保暖係數:羽絨等級
羽絨睡袋水洗標上的『Fill-Power』膨脹係數
(縮寫是FP)FP600以上屬於羽絨頂級規格
數字越高代表蓬鬆程度越好 因為羽絨保暖原理
就是羽絨朵纖毛展開 蓬起空間將暖空氣鎖在裡面
我挑選『FP850』就是想暖到極致! 😝
睡袋上也會標註舒適高溫-舒適低溫-極限溫度值 我挑『極限溫度-30度』到底有多怕冷啊我🤪

📝耐用程度:尼龍丹尼數
高山睡袋收納時反覆拉捲 還要經得起我雙腳亂踢
我是“側睡控”睡眠肯定要左翻右翻 翻好幾圈才行
表布耐用強度高不高 可以看『尼龍丹尼數』🤔
也就是每9000公尺長纖維淨重(1公克為1丹尼) 丹尼數越大 代表纖維重量越重 越堅固耐磨😮
睡袋表布常規有20D-15D-10D-7D 我挑『15D』

海拔2800公尺 夜晚低溫約5~7度
穿薄背心加上薄外套拉鍊全拉上🥱
睡袋帽緣繩拉緊只露口鼻 外頭很冷但身體很暖
