于2021年1月5日 晚上11点多左右
发生于永平 Jalan Lam Lee 路段 （新山通往芙蓉方向122.5公里路段）的致命交通意外
目前为止警察局还未向我方出示任何有关于车祸事故的调查报告
我们也未曾签署或者认同任何调查结果。
故特以此通告
如若各大报张媒体的不确实叙述报道对于两位遗孤的保障理赔造成任何影响
本人谨以遗孀的身份
将会通过法律途径保留对于各大媒体及该官员追究的权利。
我们将在律师的陪同下前去处理后续的调查结果。
愿各方看在两位遗孤的份上良知未泯。
于此，我也想向大家寻求援助

Regards to my late husband - Jay Ow’s car accident which happened on the 5th January, 2021 at around 11pm, on the way back near Yong Peng, Jalan Ramlee, 122.5km, we currently still hasn’t gotten any actual traffic report from police stations about this accident. We have not sign anything yet until today.
Therefore, we would like remind everyone that any news which you found or read over any media platform about this accident is not finalise yet.
Hence, we appreciate that everyone please stop spreading or share over social media platform about this accident.
It has been creating mass confusion and it's truly not fair to my family. Because this action, it will be affecting the results of the investigation over my late husband's insurance claims for the little kids.
We will reserve any rights upon legal actions towards to all these inaccurate statements provided by the media and the officer.
We have contacted our legal firm and we will proceed with further investigation on this accident.
Hopefully we could find out what’s really happened on that night itself.
At the same time, we will be grateful that if there’s any eyewitness who were there that night, can provide us more information. Or if you were driving or pass by that area, which has a video camera and recorded the situation. Please kindly contact us at 0167175038. Because we need more information over this case.
