南非溫差好大，但冇影響試酒嘅心情！早上係沙灘試Chenin Blanc 做早餐，跟住到咗Cape Town嘅waterfront做遊客，狂買手信（唔係酒😝）！呢到近海，d海鮮都Ok新鮮，不過香港新鮮d。晚上去咗Cape Town最出名酒店One & Only參加King of Cabernet masterclass, 試咗20款南非最頂級嘅Cabernet Sauvignon, 真係好大隻，有d比較elegant, 水準非常高，但係要有耐性等多10年8年😅！
Weather in South Africa is v much like roller coaster! Went to Chenin blanc party at d beach for breakfast! Then checking out Waterfront at Cape Town as a tourist & buying a lot of souvenirs (not wines😝)! Cape Town is near to sea & d seafood is ok, not as fresh as HK though! I also attended d King of Cabernet masterclass at d most luxurious hotel One & Only in Cape Town, trying out 20 top class Cabernet Sauvignon wines, they r all really v masculine & full bodied! Some r more elegant than d others, the quality is v gd, but u gotta wait for 8-10 more yrs!😅
