Với tên gọi chính thức Leadership Conference 2021: (?) Own Your Experience, chúng mình mang đến thông điệp lan truyền động lực tự đứng lên và làm chủ con đường nghề nghiệp tương lai của mỗi người trẻ thông qua sự chuẩn bị kỹ càng và suy nghĩ phù hợp trong thời đại hiện nay.

👉 Để đạt được những sự chủ động ấy, đặc biệt là trước thách thức của hơn 65% công việc của tương lai chưa xuất hiện và hơn ⅓ nghề nghiệp sẽ được thay thế bởi tự động hóa trong 5 năm sắp tới, chúng mình tin rằng transferable skills - những kỹ năng chuyển đổi có thể áp dụng được đa ngành nghề có thể dẫn ta đến một tương lai đa chiều và không có giới hạn. Những kỹ năng này chắc chắn sẽ là hành trang quý giá trong tương lai cho các bạn trẻ dám đương đầu và luôn dấn thân.

👉 Cùng với tâm thế đó, Leadership Conference 2021 mang đến chủ đề Transferable Leadership Generation, với mong muốn từ những buổi hội nghị, chia sẻ kiến thức tiệm cận với thế giới kinh doanh dành cho các bạn sinh viên khối ngành Kinh Tế, và IT cùng với những buổi kết nối doanh nghiệp hàng đầu và networking cùng những cuộc thi đầy tính sáng tạo, các bạn sẽ có được trong tay chìa khóa để dẫn đầu trong tương lai và vượt qua thành công mọi sự biến đổi khó lường trong kỷ nguyên VUCA. Từ những điều như vậy, chúng mình tự hào đồng hành cùng bạn trên hành trình trở thành thế hệ lãnh đạo chuyển đổi tiềm năng của Việt Nam.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
- At Least 1-2 years of Senior HR working experience
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Have your own laptop is a must
- Having a broad networking skill is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Determine current staffing needs
- Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms (e.g. Github, Behance) - Advertise jobs internally and externally
- Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
- Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans (if any)
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances (if any)
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
- Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire
- Prepare the job offer letter and agreements for candidates
- Calculate the Monthly salary of the employees (MST)
- Handle the company’s monthly grocery needs

薪资:RM 2,200 – RM 5,500 月薪

-至少有 1-2 年的高级人力资源工作经验
-分析和目标导向
-良好的沟通，影响力和人际交往能力

-具有广泛的人脉资源(附加的优势)

-确定当前的人员需求
-在社交网络和细分平台(例如 Github，Behance)上寻找候选人
-在内部和外部发布招聘需求
-审查职位申请以识别高潜力的候选人
-制定季度和年度招聘计划(如有)
-解决复杂的员工关系问题并解决申诉 (如有)
-与招聘经理保持联系，以了解每个职位的期望
-跟踪关键的招聘关键绩效指标，包括填补时间和聘用来源
-准备求职信和候选人协议
-计算员工的月薪(新马泰)
-处理公司每月的杂货需求

我的上一份實習是在美國念FIT時裝營銷管理碩士班的暑期實習,實習的企業是我目前任職的的義大利國際時裝品牌企業Max Mara。 在我實習短短三週不到，就被Visual Director 詢問要不要延續作秋季實習， 最後畢業也順利拿到正職的offer!

我認為我在實習生如雲的Max Mara 裡面能夠成為唯一晉升為正職的外籍員工的關鍵要素如下：
1. 正向積極的學習態度與精神
2. 善用高度觀察力
3. 解決問題而不是製造問題
4. 主動回報工作進度
5. 自信而不自傲的展現自我
6. 與對的人建立對的關係
